Was this reverb used during the original broadcast or was it added as part of WABC Rewound?  When was reverb first used on WABC?

Chuck Blore and Don Richman's campaigns were absolute genius, and the fact that this particular concept is still alive and well is a testament to this -- some might say it's even "remarkable". Thank you so much for sharing these spots! I noticed that there is a slate for another spot at the tail end of the uploaded portion of this reel. Would you happen to have the rest of the tape in your possession, and if so, could you kindly upload it to your channel? While there are a dozens floating around on YouTube, retro radio enthusiasts are always trying to find more. If not, it is no problem, though I'd love to know the origin of the reel. Thanks so much, not only for your contributions to the broadcasting industry, but also for your efforts to preserve radio history!

I've found this to be a convenient place to eat when heading into the city for a Broadway show via the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The restaurant is in the terminal but separated enough that you don't feel as if you're in the middle of the commuters heading to and from their buses. They have a good selection of beers specially brewed for Heartland. My personal favorite is the Farmer Jon's Oatmeal Stout. My wife likes that you can get beers in a 10 oz. glass. The menu is mostly what I would consider pub food. It's good quality and I've enjoyed the meals I've eaten here. I've heard no complaints from those who are with me. For a NYC restaurant the prices aren't bad.

I'm a big fan of craft breweries and brewpubs so I was anxious to try SBC on a Sunday afternoon as we were headed to NJ. Let's start with the beer. I enjoyed a Black Rock Stout. The beer was excellent. I also liked the decor. While there were TVs in the bar area, those not interested in Sunday NFL games could enjoy their meal without being overwhelmed with TV sound. Our meals were tasty. The one negative was the kitchen. Although the restaurant wasn't crowded it took a while for our food to arrive. They also made some mistakes with the orders. For example, my wife got regular fries when she ordered sweet potato fries. They corrected the errors and to make up for the slow food delivery, we were comped our two beers. I would definitely return.
