Basic Information
Always About Tech
Tho' much is taken, much abides; and tho'
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

On Tuesday 8-12-2014 I called Beck and Masten inquiring about parts for a rear brake change. This was the worst experience i have ever had. It took 10 minutes to speak with a live person when i dialed service directly when i did speak with a service adviser i told him i would be in saturday for an oil change. when i got to Beck and Masten on 8-16-2014. I inquired again on the price of the parts for a rear brakes i never asked anyone to look at my back brakes i was then told by the service adviser that he had something for me to look at and was taken to the back where i was prodded about changing the rear brakes i was also told that should be an hour worth of labor charged for the tech pulling off the tire and looking at the back brakes! Something that i did not authorize! i was quoted 550 for the brake parts and then 500 for the labor. I feel like this dealership had not dealt with me the way im used to getting service at GM and this will probably be my last time going for service besides just regular oil changes.
