Great service at Dick Hannah! They were not pushy. They listened to our needs and got right down to business without playing games. Also, they provided us with the best deal we could find in the entire region. Huyen even picked us up from home to bring us back to the dealer when we needed it. Thank you for everything, Dick Hannah Subaru! We are very pleased with our experience.

Bassam was our sales person, he was polite, punctual and attentive without being overbearing. He was not hard sell,,, yey! He worked with us,, and listened to what we wanted- and as a result Bassam obtained our sale- unlike the 2 Subaru dealerships we had visited previously. Would I recommend Basam? Yes,, would I return to him for a future purchase? yes

At Dick Hanna Subaru.....I actually had a great time buying a car for a change. Huyen was a "no pressure" kind of salesman which is tailored perfectly to my style. The time flew as I looked at practically every car on the lot....and then went back to take another look. Huyen answered the million questions that I had on the operation of car. ....matter of fact he answered the million questions I had on every other topic with patience and knowledge. It was very cold out that day and I knew he must have been cold but I had him show me many cars. I left the dealership confident that had made a good choice and knew what I was doing with my new Crosstrek. Huyen made the process very stressfree. Great dealership.

My parents and I purchased a Subaru Forester through Dick Hannah Subaru with the help of Sue Heath. Sue was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. She was well informed, giving us more information than we could ever hope for about the different Subaru models. She went above and beyond during the test drive, allowing us to experience the features about the Forester that were important to us. She was happy to answer all of our questions, sought out answers she was unsure of, and helped guide us to the car that was right for us. She was timely in her response to our queries, and followed up consistently after every interaction. Everyone else at the Dick Hannah dealership were equally engaged, making this an excellent car buying experience. We would recommend Dick Hannah Subaru to any perspective customers!

I worked with Jose who was super easy to work with. He was more my age and that is what I was looking for. I did go in knowing exactly what I wanted, so that also helped the whole process run smoothly. I would recommend Jose to anyone else. I gave the overall process 4 out of 5 stars because I couldn't give 4.6 stars: -0.1 for the whole process taking nearly 3 hours -0.1 for having to do a little negotiating to get to the price quoted by other dealers -0.1 for all of Subaru's extra mumbo jumbo (sign up for this, and for that....) -0.1 for the car not being completely spotless as I thought a new car should be So overall, having a 4.6 out of 5 stars experience was really quite painless. I'd do it again.

Purchasing can be very stressful but Dick Hannah has found the perfect balance in sales (Jeremiah) and finance helping remove that stress and make it a fun experience! It is always a pleasure working with these guys and watching them work for you and they do work to get you the best deals they can. We have purchased 3 cars with Dick Hannah Subaru and will continue to go back to them before ever stepping foot somewhere else! To us there is not a dealer out there that even comes close to what Dick Hannah Subaru can offer you.......peace of mind, friendship and honesty!

This was the second car I've bought here. Both times were great experiences. Sales staff is very helpful and provide a low pressure experience. Huyen is who helped me and he was great to work with.

They like to tell you broad answers, and are very good at working their way around your questions. They will tell you they can't be sure of anything until they see your car, and will ask you to schedule an appointmenthat and bring it in. I called in and told them I thought I had a part going out and asked how much it would be to get new parts. The lady from the Dick Hannah Subaru call center, in the service department, said they could not be sure unless I brought it in first, that I probably just needed bushings, and that they would do a free diagnosis. So I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance. I come in after waiting, thinking it's best to just go to a subaru mechanic. I was wrong. Frank, whom I had waited 5 days to see, immediately got another worker, without even looking at my car. The gentleman he went to go get, shifted my stick shift around a couple gears and said I was right, but that I needed to get all new bushings and rods for my linkage set. Frank wrote down my Vin number on a sticky note, and under it, bushings and connecting rods for shifter linkage set. Then as the man who did my 25 second "diagnosis" walked away, Frank said to take the sticky note to the parts counter to get a quote, and then to come back and find him for a labor quote. The gentleman at the parts counter tried his best, but then told me he did not know what parts I needed with what Frank had given us, and that he would call me back. He never did. I was told that the gentleman who gave me my diagnosis had the same car as me and same color. I have a 1993 subaru legacy sedan. I have high miles, but a replaced alternator with a lifetime warranty, a timing belt with warranty, a brand new battery with 2 year warranty, a new oil change good for another 4,700 miles, just topped off the fluids, the ac and heater works, as well as electrical, and the car only has 10,000 miles per year on it. That isnt bad for a 22 year old car. The car is a good car. I don't see why they had no hesitationin pushing me out and avoiding my questions about my solenoid valve, when I have the same car as one of the mechanics. I thought I'd get at least some sympathy from someone with my same car... but no one would give the time to even give a brief summary of what was going on with my car so I could understand what I was doing to my car. In conclusion, I did not get an evaluation or diagnosis. I did not even get a parts quote or a labor quote. I was approached by another worker I never met, and asked for my keys, so they could push my car out of their shop as fast as they could. I could have gotten more help from YouTube.
