Safety has always been the number one concern for Subaru, that is why you'll find Bluebooth as a standard feature on all new Subarus.

The original #crossover , Subaru Outback, continues to receive compliments. What is the nicest thing about your #Outback ?
Subaru's new Outback is a evolutionary update, and there's plenty to like about it. What is it? The Subaru Outback is all new for the 2015 model year, though you'd be forgiven for having to do a double-take to notice that this is more than just a facelift. The Outback continues to dominate the ...

3 weeks ago I was looking for a new car. I stopped in at Subaru at was greeted by a gentleman name Abdul. He was so polite and very pleasant to work with. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I was a first time buyer and a little nervous and not sure what to expect. He was very thorough and made things very clear to me. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. If you're considering a new car, consider subaru, and definitely go see Abdul!

Dick Hannah Subaru did a great job of finding me the perfect car. They went above and beyond to find a car that matched my requirements. When they didn't have the exact specifications I wanted they searched their database of near by Subaru dealers to find me exactly what I wanted. When I purchased my new car it was fresh off the trailer that day and only had 4 miles on it (miles needed to prepare it for sale). My sales associate Jeremiah Ostrander made my experience buying a new car great. His approach of outlining the vehicle's specifications and capabilities along with providing the knowledge of why certain design choices were made helped me get a better understanding and feel for the vehicle I was purchasing. Jeremiah was extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to answer questions. I never felt Jeremiah was pressuring me into buying a car and was more than happy to show me any vehicle I wanted. He also worked to find me a vehicle that met my specifications even when none of the vehicles on location were exactly what I was looking for. Overall I was very satisfied with Jeremiah's sales approach and demeanor and would recommend Dick Hannah Subaru and Jeremiah Ostrander to any looking for a new vehicle.

I spent a period of several days driving various cars across a wide variety of dealers in my local area (Gladstone, OR). None of them had good deals and the Nissan and Subaru dealerships were high pressure and outright lied to me. The Subaru dealership offered me the 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited I wanted for $470 per month for a 3 year lease. Needless to say, I turned this down. I then went online and found a heck of a deal on the same car (different color) that I wound up leasing for $354 per month with low down. I originally went to the DH Honda dealer because I wanted to drive several cars they had on their website. He helped out extensively and I enjoyed my time with him. He even played with my 5 year old son for a bit, which I really appreciated. After driving several cars, I had my choices narrowed down to one of three. After weighing the pros and cons of each with my wife, we decided on the Subaru Outback as the best overall car for our needs. I could tell the salesperson was disappointed but he graciously passed us on to a Subaru salesman (Peter), who was fantastic. After some typical back and forth with the sales managers (nothing too aggressive), I got their offer from $396 down to $354. The signing process was effortless and then Peter spent some time after the purchase goign over all of the car's various features. In short, I think the overall experience with all of Dick Hannah was great - I would just appreciate the lowest offer they could give me first rather than some back and forth that took about an hour. Part of the process I know, and it's better than it is at most dealerships, but it's still annoying.

Our Sales Person, Jeremiah was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail. He answered all our questions and even bought us lunch! He has a great sense of humor and so does my husband so it was fun being around the two of them. We love our new Outback and we will be recommending Jeremiah and Dick Hannah Subaru to our relatives and friends!

Stopped in for 6k mile service on my new Forester. Didn't buy from Dick Hannah, but they are more convenient to where I work now. Everyone was courteous. Checked me in quickly and let me know it would be about 1hr 15min with a wash. Wait area was clean and comfortable with WiFi. I have experienced other waiting areas with real creamer for coffee and fruit / granola bars complimentary, but this looked pretty new so maybe they'll add some extras later. The big thing for me (besides the wifi) was they were done almost exactly when they said (+/- 1 minute)! Car was clean (no obvious misses on the wash like other complimentary washes I have had) and everything good to go. I will definitely give them another visit in 6k miles.

One of the best experiences buying a car. Our Sales Person Jeremiah was very patient and friendly with us. Answered all our questions and differently went out of their way to get the car and color we wanted.Even after shopping around the Portland area the had the best price for the same car than anywhere else. I would deff. recommend this dealer to a friend

I waited these past couple of weeks after I purchased my 2013 Chevy Impala to write this review. The reasons for such a delayed review was mainly work but I also wanted to have time to actually drive and experience the vehicle before I made remarks. This is my first major car purchase, and more than likely my last with Dick Hannah Vancouver Washington. My girlfriend and I decided we needed a more dependable, specious and just a nicer car than our 2000 Honda Civic. So we went to Dick Hannah with the intent of purchasing a newer modeled car. The minute you approach the door one of the sales reps greets you and asks if they can help you find something. The first rep we had walked us around the lot, showed us various cars and tried to find something in our price range. For some time now I’ve enjoyed the look and just the all-around appeal of Impalas so I was ecstatic when I found one in my price range. We decided to take it for a test drive but at that time our original sales rep informed us she’d be helping another customer and we were past off. This would be my first complaint. It’s poor customer service to pass off one customer to help another. That said our new rep was friendly and she was great with our daughter but she did seem to try and rush things a bit. When the car was pulled up and we were ready to test it I began asking questions. My first question was about Bluetooth compatibility. I noticed immediately that the car had Bluetooth and asked the rep about how it worked. She informed me she had owned the same model of car, and that I could pair my phone and listen to music and make calls. This to me was a huge selling point as I cannot stand wires and even though the car comes with an Aux jack I much prefer hands free/wireless Bluetooth. This is my 2nd complaint. The car does have Bluetooth calling; however, you cannot listen to audio via Bluetooth. The second question I had was about the trunk, which to me seemed to be broken. When pressing the trunk button on the remote I could hear it pop, but when opening the trunk it seemed stiff and takes more pressure than I thought should be necessary to open. Again the sales rep said her car didn’t have this problem, and even opened automatically when popped and that I could bring it in free of charged to have it fixed. Today I was informed by the service department that the trunk was indeed operating fine and that what she had said was just untrue. Which leads to my next complaint the remote start. On the key chain, one of the buttons had the symbol for remote start. The sales rep said the car was equipped with remote start, and then proceeded to show me how it worked. Sadly every time she locked the doors, than held the button for 3 seconds the trunk would open. Again she said this could be a quick fix via the service department and that it wouldn’t take long at all. Today I dropped off the car to the service department for the trunk and the remote start. I was informed that the car didn’t have remote start 3 hours later, and that instead it was just another button to pop the trunk. Now my final complaints. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot for 12,000 (15,000 after tax and misc.) and I understand that the car I was purchasing was a standard edition; however, to be lied to multiple times and mislead is unacceptable. Also the fact that I had to come to work late, schedule a ride from and to the dealership to fix said problems that didn’t exist and all because of being misled by a sales rep is disappointing to say the least. Aside from the complaints above I did enjoy some of the experience at Dick Hannah. Their financing department was very helpful. They were friendly and made sure to go over the paper work and explain that if I had any complaints to let them know. The All State agent there also was amazing. He helped me switch over from Progressive and not only saved me money, but also got me more than Progressive was offering. That said, I do enjoy the car, I’ll just take my business elsewhere when I go to purchase another vehicle.
