Regardless of weather you buy here or not, they Telemarket the crap out of you!!! I bought my 07 Sorento there in 2010 (BTW a great vehicle) but they won't stop hounding me! Junk mail, endless phone calls!! I've called the manager, given him my phone number and told him not to have his salesmen call me anymore, but the calls won't stop! Then, I started getting more junk mail from the service department! They call every 2 to 4 weeks! We need your trade! Top dollar paid! Hell, I haven't paid the damn car paid off yet! Get off my back, Douglasville kia! You've made a great vehicle turn into a telemarketing nightmare!

These guys work heard to make your car buying experience a good one. I have brought 2 cars from them and they make things happen. I had a small problem 2 years ago with not being able to get something I was promised, but one call to a manager and the problem was solved within the hour.

I bought a Kia Soul from Douglasville Kia yesterday. I had been hesitant to go there because my mother had had bad experiences with their service department a while back. After I talked to them over the phone and found out they were under new management; we decided to give them another chance. I'm so happy I did. I was dreading the car buying process - the attitudes of salesmen, the wait, the anxiety - this time around it was completely different. Our salesman, Louie, was FANTASTIC. He was so patient and knowledgeable. We have a unique family (I'm short, my husband, is very tall, and we have three children) that is difficult to fit into vehicles. He allowed us time to sit in and drive multiple cars - he was even patient with me while I pulled out carseats and rearranged the seats. When we left for lunch, completely undecided out our purchase he didn't put any pressure on us whatsoever. Every employee in the dealership was nice, smiled - several greeted us and shook our hands. It was a long, but very pleasant process. We had financing arranged beforehand so I'm not sure how working with that department. I, honestly, have never had such a great experience and we've owned several different cars - Ford, Honda, Dodge, Chevy, and VW. This is my first Kia. I was apprehensive but the safety ratings and amazing dealership staff sold me!! If you are in the market for a car - I highly recommend this dealership.

I took my 2006 Sedona in because the A/C stopped working all of the sudden. The service dept called and said that the A/c condenser had a hole in it and it would be nearly $1100 to repair it. While they had it in there they looked it over and found another $1500 worth of repairs that should also be done. I declined and paid the $120 diagnostic fee and took the van to another repair shop at the recommendation of a friend. They did a little investigating and found no hole in the condenser after putting it on a vacuum for 2 hours. A loose fitting on the compressor is all that was wrong and it cost me a total of $100 to have it fixed! The Kia service department is either completely incompetent or as "crooked and my dog's hind leg"! I would not trust anything they say again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE. Was pricing out a base model Rio sedan lx and there was a 1,400 dollar dealer fabric and frame stain/rust protection charge! Are you kidding me? I almost laughed in the salesmans face. The factory coats the frame right on the assembly line. So there is no need for "extra protection" and most likely all the dealer did was buy a 30 dollar can of 3M fabric spray for the seats. During negotiations I called them on the bogus charge and had it removed. But they were still asking 16,500 for the car and were calling it MSRP. When in reality it was what THEY were asking for the car. Which is retail price, not MSRP. The car had the factory installed power package which retailed at 1,000. The cars original msrp is 14,500, add to that the 1k factory power package and its 15,500 Actual MSRP. At a asking price of 16.5k that's 1,000 above msrp! Now I'm not saying a dealer doesn't deserve a profit but on top of the car retail price of 16.5k they had a 600 dollar document fee (which is straight profit if you've done your car shopping homework. Ask yourself, does it really cost 600 dollars to register a car?). If you also add to that the holdback that the dealer gets ( 3% of invoice price or 375 dollars on average)then your looking at WELL over 2k+ in profit ABOVE MSRP. And everyone should know that dealers don't pay MSRP on a car. My advice to anyone car shopping is to do their homework beforehand. If I was going into this dealer uneducated I might have bought a basic model car for waaaay to much!
