Kidzania Manila is an education- and entertainment-themed city where kids aged 4-17 can role-play their dream profession, learn how to earn money, and assert their independence.

You can choose from over 100 activities in the make-believe city from offices, retail stores, restaurants, hospitals and other establishments where you can become doctors, firemen, athletes, reporters and even a marine biologist?

Unfortunately, it’s strictly for kids-only. But twice a year, Kidzania Manila holds it’s Back 2 Kidz event for Adults.

It's hard to please our boys these days. While they're each growing up with different eating preferences, all of them demand yummy, satisfying food.

For Sunday lunch, we decided to eat at Davao's famous Blue Post Boiling Crabs & Shrimps, to satisfy our craving for seafood (especially after our recent trip to Ireland) and our Gen Z kids' need for interactive and delicious food.

We even had a discussion on sustainability, to teach our kids to only support establishments that are sustainable.
Here's what we think about Blue Post Boiling Crab & Shrimps...

It’s the third quarter of the year and we’re nearing the end of 2017. You have to congratulate yourself for everything you have accomplished so far. How about some time to slow down a bit and give yourself a time to breathe and just see how far you have come for the year?

I know there are still a lot of things on your plate, but I also know that there are just so many things to be grateful for at the same time. Find a rewarding break to finish the year strong at the Kerygma Conference (KCON) 2017: COMMITTED on November 23 to 26, 2017.

If there's one thing you should get pumped up for in October, it's Oktoberfest!

Oktoberfest is a traditional German festival that celebrates everyone's favorite things--food, beer, singing, and dancing! It isn't just a traditional beer fair, it's actually one of the best celebrations of them all.

The official celebration takes place in Munich, Bavaria, but so many other places try to copy this awesome festival, including Manila, Philippines! However, no matter where you celebrate, there are always a few things you can expect: mouthwatering food, lively people and music, and huge amounts of beer.

This year, Oktoberfest came to two of the best hotels in the city. Sofitel held its 79th German Club Oktoberfest on Oct 7 and City of Dreams, Manila hosted their own version of the festival on Oct 12. Both were grand, fun, and with lots of merrymaking!
Here's a photo essay of Oktoberfest in Manila...

Lumago Designs is a sustainable, eco-friendly, social enterprise, that is dedicated to improving the livelihood of women from Candau-ay, a large Barangay located on the outskirts of Dumaguete City and home to a large scavenger community.

Lumago Designs blossomed out of the Dumaguete City dumpsite shortly after Typhoon Sendong had devastated the community in 2011. Today, Lumago employs mothers from the Candau-ay community and trains them in the design and manufacturing of beautifully handcrafted jewelry that is locally-sourced with repurposed materials from the dumpsite.

What is the perfect paradise? For me, it's an island with everything you need within arm's reach. A place where you don’t have to travel far and sacrifice your comfort. A remote and beautiful destination with all the modern amenities that you’ll ever need.
Say hello to Lakawon Island Resort & Spa (also called Llacaon), a 13-hectare banana-shaped island off the coast of Cadiz in Negros Occidental.
It's a world-class beach resort famous for its pristine white sand, crystal clear waters, and the famous TawHai--Asia’s largest floating bar.
