12/19/15: Came in today at 4:55. Wanted to purchase some sunglasses from the parts department for my friend for Christmas. After waiting for another customer to finish, the employee then closed up the parts department. Tried to tell him we were waiting, and he frankly didn't care. So we drove all the way over for nothing, and now I'll have to come back Monday. Could've been an easy $350, but apparently nobody cares. UPDATE: 12/21/15 Made a return trip on my lunch break. Was able to purchase both pairs I wanted. Changed to 3 stars because other parts guy is very nice, as well as the dealership as a whole. Still a little upset about the inconvenience and having to waste my lunch.

I just wanted to thank you so much for delivering the flowers to my wife yesterday. It truly made her birthday special, especially with her being stuck at work. Flowers were beautiful. Again, thank you so much!

Server was nice, but it was all downhill from there. Ordered the $20 Terminator steak, medium well. After 30 mins, we finally get our food. Not only is the steak rare, it's 50% fat. So I send it back, and the manager comes over to tell me they'll make sure it has less "marble". It was fat. So I wait 15 mins for another, cut into it, and it's basically mooing at me. Bloody and red. Sent it back, told them to take it off the bill. Will never come back. Especially when Roadhouse is across the parking lot. At least the baked potato was good, but then again, you can't really mess that up.

STAY AWAY! The prices may seem good, but that's if you can even get your product. We purchased a sectional sofa and were promised it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Also, when we purchased it, we were told it could be delivered fri, sat, or sun. A month later, we finally get a call that the sofa is in, but now they can ONLY deliver it on a Friday. I am off only on the weekend. So I paid $100 extra for shipping, and now have to take a day off work to receive my couch. Also we were told they could not issue a refund, only store credit. Why would I need store credit when you can't even deliver my original freaking item? Never again. Update 3/21/15: FINALLY had our couch delivered yesterday, and it turned out to be much bigger than we were told. We were shown the floor model, and were told our was the same size. So now it does not fit in our living room. The delivery guys dropped it off, did not even take off the packaging or plastic. Made my wife do it. She had to leave for work, since she had to take half a day because they could ONLY deliver Friday, so she signed for it. Now it doesn't fit. Called to see if we could exchange due to it being different from what we were shown. "We're SOOO sorry, but we cannot do that. I really feel for you". This place is a complete scam.

Purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze brand new while they were still in the previous location. Since then, it's been in the shop for the same problems at least 12 times. They claim it's fixed, but never is. Now they've had it for 26 hours, claim it's a cooling fan sensor, but then said they haven't even tested it. It's throwing a Crank Position Sensor code, which has nothing to do with the fan. Had a broken car for 3 years, and still getting the run around.

Used to be one of my favorite places, but, the last 5 times, my order has been wrong, or if I order something with no lettuce, there'll be lettuce mixed all in with the cheese. Tonight I ordered, waited 20 mins for them to bring out my food, get home, everything full of lettuce. Guess I'll find another location.

Was looking at a WRX for sale. Before i can even look at the vehicle, i was greeted by a salesman who asked about my car i wanted to trade in. So after i tell him about it, he goes inside to look my vehicle value up. So i go look at the WRX, which i know the previous owner, and i know there's an ECU issue that's irreparable. So, before i can even ask to test drive, the salesman comes back and gives me the amount they'll pay, which isn't enough to cover what i owe. So he says, and i quote: "Do you have gap insurance on your vehicle? Because my other suggestion would be to take it to a Wal-Mart parking lot and setting it on fire, then you can collect the insurance. OR, you can take it down to the south side, park it, and leave the key in it".... Ummmm. Excuse me? Stay away. I've never heard anything so shady in my life.
