We held a birthday party where 25+ people attended and everything was terrific. The private room was great, the staff was very accommodating, and the food was delicious. Being able to order from a menu with that many people made my job as the host much easier. I didn't have to guess ahead of time what people might want. The food was served to all at the same time. A lot of guests commented how great the food was, especially the lasagna! I would recommend it to anyone.

worst food ever. Me and some people ordered foid it was awful and no flavor. the sampler and all the "fried" items were soggy. The zuchinni was seriously mushy like mashed potatoes. We ordered extra sauce didnt get it but got charged. The lady on the phone took ages to order. Also no one would answer the phone for a long time. If i could rate this zero stars i would.

Terrible food and service. Mid's spaghetti sauce out of the jar is about a billion times better. I have eaten here twice (for work) and felt bad both times spending my company's money here. Do not eat here. Worst. Restaurant. Ever.

The kids and grandkids were visiting from out-of-state and we thought SW would be a great place for the whole family. We were seated waaayyy in the back at a table next to a screaming kid. The whole place was mostly empty but we got to sit next to them. Service was horrible, no utensils. My husband ordered his soda and it came without ice. We felt like we were the forgotten relatives. So, my food arrives (Salmon $16) and I'm looking forward to it. Well! what a disappointment! Not only was it a measly sliver of Salmon, but it was also dry and tough. disgusting. Definitely NOT worth the money, its a rip-off. Needless to say, we will never be going back there and we will not be recommending this place to anyone (except our enemies). I can not understand what all the hype is about this place.

Went with a group of 25 women. This was a planned dinner. We got one server (until we complained to management). She was rushing, throwing plates, spilling coffee, mixing up orders. We sat half an hour before getting salad or bread. Food was not good (sure dump 25 tickets in the kitchen at once). No table was served at the same time. Some people eating, others at the same table not served. Very bad experience. Talked to the manager and he said, "What do you want me to do about it? and he did nothing. Will not go back.

The waiter was great, he did everything in his power to be accommodating. The rest was awful. The chili wasn't even room temperature for all three of us, it was refrigerator cold. When he brought it back the flavor was great, but still luke warm. The lasagna was room temperature, and the alfredo on mine was curdled. Not just cold. It looked curdled. Again, the flavor was good, but cold. I just scraped off the alfredo. The waiter told his manager and the manager came out and the only thing he cared about was if our waiter was good. He obviously wasn't the problem.. Cold food is the cook's problem. We tried to explain it better and he just didn't care. Good service. Horrible cooking and management.

Terrible. Slow service, inattentive, bland food, poor menu (an Italian without pizza?) and food that arrived with key ingredients simply forgotten! (Signature salad - boasts bacon and blue cheese - both missing, run out of bacon altogether when queried!). Take your dining experience elsewhere.

I've eaten at the location on Broad Street in Columbus and love the atmosphere, food and service. The sauce is light, not heavy with too much garlic, and was excellent on the Spaghetti Pomodora with veggies. My son and I have an annual date every July to eat there when we are in Columbus. Tara, our server, was also fantastic: pleasant, welcoming, and efficient.
