Is anybody here interested in describing JS APIs in JSON? I am trying to generate a simple machine readable format for a JS type checker (implemented in JS, avoiding IDL parsing). Existing JSON formats I have found so far are JSON Schema and the Doctrine output format. Unfortunately, JSON Schema does not cover operations and the Doctrine format looks a bit too close to jsdoc (tag iteration required at runtime), and the outer structure is missing.

So I have started cooking up my own format, basically an extension of JSON Schema. An example of my first stab is available here: http://html5index.org/json/ECMAScript.json

Does this look sound?
Is there an existing JSON format / schema for this purpose that I am not aware of?
