There are 2 cashiers at the courtesy booth who are ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! I typically go in the mornings and they're always hiding in the back or somewhere else and I'd have to say "hello??" just for someone to come out. One of the cashiers is a Hispanic lady with a long ponytail and glasses who seemed to be upset that I asked one of the other workers to call for someone to come to the desk. And just this morning a young black lady was in the back picking her nails and when I said "hello??" she took her time coming out. Then she had a stank look on her face like she didn't want to be bothered. I have absolutely no time for rude people. None of them want to be bothered yet when I get there, it's the beginning of the day and there's never a crowd. Only once has there been a nice person there - a young black guy - but I haven't seen him in a while. I'll just go elsewhere.

This store is no competition compared to the HEB right down the road. but in the unlikely event HEB is closed, this store would be the next option.

Got off from work one night in the area to use the bathroom because everywhere else was closed. Long story short, I had somebody (eventually foumd out it was the manager) bang on the bathroom door yelling about how I had been in there for "hours" (it had only been 10 minutes). When I checked out after buying something, I let the only guy up front know the bathroom was now open. An argument escalated and I had to file a report with the BBB. He refused to give his name to police, so you can see how much these people actually care about their work there.

I was sitting in the lounge and the manager made a really young homeless girl leave because she had been there all day long. During her stay she was continuously buying food. The girl told him she was chronically ill with lupus and he said he didnt care and then still made her leave while it was raining and freezing cold today. Never going here again. That is ridiculous.

More expensive than the near HEB, with worse service, less than fresh food, less variety, yeah. I'm surprised they are still in business. I think it's only their location that gives them business. However, they make good sandwiches in their deli if you are lucky enough to find one or two of the few people on shift there that make them well.

Disgusted by how they treat customers. On 6/29/14 me and my sister attended the Pride parade. Even though we had spent money there buying snacks and water, we were not allowed to use their bathroom. A security guard and an associate literally told me and my 16 year old sister "There is poop all over the walls." After questioning a few employees and witnessing certain individuals getting allowance on using the bathroom, I found this to be a lie. I also find it appalling that the company handed out wristbands stating 'pride' during the parade when there was obvious selection on who gets to use the public facilities. I can understand if I was not a paying customer. However I intentionally spent money in order to have me and my sibling use the restroom. If they are really broken, associates should have the courage to say they are out of order instead of saying there is poop on the walls.

This Kroger is okay but they're always out of LaCroix :/

Kroger hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
