In 2012, NGA Human Resources performed the first survey into Pay and Benefits. At the time of the survey, the world was dealing with the aftermath of the financial crisis, and Pay Optimism was not very high. Salaries and wages account for one of the largest company cost, and are thus often scrutinized in relation to the company’s viability.
