Great! I loved it!

I loved this hotel. It was so clean, spacious and comfortable with a great breakfast in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. There was also a complementary snack service about 5:00. Also, even though the hotel allows pets I did not hear them at all like I heard asst the hotel I had been asst the night before. The only downside is the lack of an elevator if t you are on the second second floor but if request a first floor room in advance you can avoid that problem.

I only give them the one star in order to give the review. First, I had just had a new set of nails put on at a very popular salon back home in Baltimore. This place tried telling me that I should allow them to put on another set because my regular salon did a bad job. Second, when I said no but I wanted them use pink powder instead of white they said it would be $5 more (NEVER had this happen anywhere else). Third, there was an overhead light that kept flickering; as an epileptic this is a concern as it could cause me to have a seizure. So I asked about it and possibly shutting it off and the guy LAUGHED(!) and said something incomprehensible about his landlord and let it be. I had wear a hat and keep my head down the whole time. Fourth, their gel must pretty cheap stuff because it cracked within a few days. Last, as they were finishing with me I heard another customer at the counter paying and it sounded like they charged more than quoted as I heard her say something about misrepresentation. Don't go here!

Room okay, light over sink made annoying sound and there was no extra blanket to be had either from the front desk or in the room. I was chilly all night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a little room where you could get snacks that was open 24 hours. The rooms were very nice and clean but either the other people staying there were very loud or the hotel has too thin of walls. Most of the people there that night had come off I70 because of a snowstorm. There were several people with dogs on my floor and sometimes the barking was annoying. There was also a scent in the hallway that obviously came from the animals. It was a slight urine smell at night and feces when we were checking out the next day. Note: this smell did NOT carry into our room.

I have stayed here previously for several events. I have never had a complaint. The accommodations are pleasant and comfortable and the restaurant/bar are very nice. I would suggest this place to anyone.
