DOJ: NC 'Bathroom Bill' Violates Civil Rights Act

Wow. Based on all of that noise the DOJ is in violation of the 10th amendment since the Constitution never provided the federal government the power to involve itself in the matter to begin with.
U.S. Justice Department officials rebuked North Carolina’s House Bill 2 on Wednesday, telling Gov. Pat McCrory that the law violates the U.S. Civil Rights Act and Title IX – a finding that could jeopardize billions in federal education funding.

COURT: Chinese company can use 'iPhone' name for non-APPLE products.

Apple doesn't own the trademark to iPhone in the US either. Cisco was selling an iPhone or Internet phone prior to Apple. Apple asked their permission to use it. Technically "Apple" is not owned by Apple Corporation. They got permission by Apple records to use the name as a corporate handle.
A long-drawn-out battle has been ensuing between tech giant Apple and a Chinese company you probably haven't heard of — and it's not looking good for Silicon Valley's star child. Apple recently...

Dem A.G. targets 90 conservative groups in 'Climate Change' lawsuit.

I guess there is no free speach in Thailand.
Many Thais are chafing under strict new regulations governing discussion ahead of an Aug. 7 referendum on a military-backed constitution. The junta that seized power in a May 2014 coup has already threatened to jail anyone campaigning for or against the constitution, which critics say entrenches the

So much corruption, stuffed into one Chicago tour

And soon, bankruptcy like Detroit.
While designing a walking tour of Chicago focused on corruption and political shenanigans, journalist Paul Dailing watched new scandals pop up at a rate that only reinforced the city's reputation for rackets and rough politics. Then, last month, former House Speaker Dennis Hastert was convicted

Everything was wonderful. Great food, band on the deck and excellent Beach access. There was a fire alarm in the morning we left but the inspection went quickly and they did throw me more points as a Sorry. I will return.

Good old hotel. There are many newer properties you could stay at but I am an IHG guy and they do a great job. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept.

Very nice hotel. It does look like an older property but it must have been gutted recently. Very nice rooms and all modern interior layouts. Food at the restaurant was very good.

Excellent. That was fun. Cheaper than others and close to home. Keep it up. We will add this to the annual Halloween list.

We have been to Saucy's many times and the pizza is much better than the Domino's or Pizza Hut types. I grew up in Chicago and know good pizza from the Italian Mom and Pop shops and Saucy's is just as good.
