After reading your review I realized maybe some mis-communication occurred during your last visit. We did install parts twice but they were different parts each visit. All relating to your misfire. After reviewing your invoices I was able to verify you were not charged any diagnostic fees on either visit. I spoke with LAND ROVER directly about your ECM not BECM and was told that with your year model (1995) the ECM did not need to be programmed. Which led me to believe it would be plug and go. We do not have the T4 or T5 scanner for programming as I mentioned from the very beginning. I surely apologize if I did not make everything clear for you. I know how frustrating it can be when you have car troubles and I try to make it easier when I can. I would be happy to offer you an oil change on the house to make things right. We take great pride in what we do here and I hate to see anyone leave unhappy.
