My Fiance and I went to Chili's for dinner and I felt like we were very rushed (even though nobody was there) our check came within a few minutes of getting our meals. We chose to ignore it but waited for our server to come back to refill our drinks which she never did. I was very upset and the food was overcooked and dry. I tried to ask for a manager but nobody went to get them for us and we waited longer for a manager then for our check. I was extremely disappointed.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Started off our lovely dining experience by not being offered the daily special ( which happened to be a full slab of ribs for $12..pretty good deal). Therefore ending up having to flag our server down to change my husbands order..when our order came out everything seemed decent..until about 5 bites into my santa fe salad i discovered a monstrous thick, long black hair gracefully placed throughout my lunch. DISGUSTING!!! The waiter politely apologized and took my dish away. Shortly after the manager came to our table, again apologizing and explaining that they "spend a lot of money" ensuring things like this do not happen...well evidently they do. The manager assured us there would be compensation. When we received our bill, we found that the only mere compensation they were able to provide us was to cover the cost of my very, hairy salad. We still had to pay for both of our soft drinks and my husbands ribs. I very much wanted to speak with the manager again, as this was certainly not appropriate per our experience; however, at that point we both just wanted to leave..needless to say we WILL NOT be coming here ever again..EXTREMELYpoor management and service..

I am vegan and couldn't eat here. Looking inside it's the epitome of fat americans and why other countries make fun of how fat we are. All the "food" was pretty much greasy pork/beef, battered/fried, covered in processed cheese, then swimming in some fattening sauce. THEN, comes with some nasty dip like ranch. Even the black bean burger, they suggested had ranch all over it. The vegetables had cheese so couldn't eat it either. I almost went to the bathroom to wash it off. Why eat here when you can get the same cheap-processed garbage at Mcdonalds. It smelled like fart too. Why not just serve battered batter with lard dip.
