I watched this twice already. A life of purpose. He's written a book and it's on my Kindle, ready to read. It's got a 40 day plan to follow inside. Looking forward!

I just learned that Louise Hay passed away yesterday. It's amazing how people you've never met can make such an impact on your life.

First time I ever heard of this women was in Nepal, in 2007. I had just completed a Reiki course and I started to remember my dreams so vividly, my body started to make bizarre involuntary movements in the night trying to get rid of old psychological ballast and I became acutely aware of the immensely unkind self-talk in my mind.

I was studying Buddhism at the time, and I asked the teacher Venerable Namgyel for a book on affirmations. To help my body heal, and to transform those harsh thoughts towards myself into something more loving. "As within, so without", I thought. If I can make my own head more loving, it might have a ripple effect all around me, to whomever I will ever be with.

He recommend this tiny little book of 200 Nepali Rupees (£1.50), it was written by Louise Hay. I still have it today. It lists every single one of the illnesses and diseases in the world and a positive belief (affirmation) to encourage healing. I use it often, it looks battered and brushed, and is so loved. And now the dear writer passed away. I hope she is well, wherever she might be. May her wisdom and kindness continue to heal this world. Thank you for what you have done for me.

This quote inspires me. Are you going for what makes you happy? If yes, what would it be? #FollowDreams

I love Rumi! Interested to learn about this great Sufi poet? I really recommend the book "40 rules of love" by Elif Shafak

Me = happy. Why? Read this lovely email I received with feedback on "Turning Confusion Into Clarity" Online Coaching Programme:

My dear Karin,
Just "finished" my last video.... what a joy and how interesting this mini journey has been.... so many things were set in motion by them and our lovely talk... and then a surprise visitor came who had so many interesting points... clearly the confusion is starting to lift ;-)
As for a feedback, I think you really have a gift for making these videos. You're radiant and calm, essential and not "waffly"-a real joy.
And again, thank you so much. Xxx

Warmest wishes,
Claudia

My own drawing and I explain the emotions behind it in
http://vitaliscoaching.thinkific.com/courses/Finding-Myself-Again
In 2005 I lost touch with myself during a stressful time at work. I felt as if I was drowning, while at work I kept on showing a happy face, pretending all was fine. This difficult time of my life, in hindsight, inspired me to become a Coach.
