When people tell you the customer service here stinks. Believe them. That price match plus 20% of the difference? They advertise that, until it takes them below their cost, at which point they refuse to honour it. So I bought the appliance at the matched price only, anyway, because I had some store credit I needed to burn. Keep in mind this is my FIFTH APPLIANCE being purchased from this location. FIVE appliances. I'm in my late twenties and a landlord. They could've had another 50 years of appliance purchases from me. Instead they forgot to give me a receipt. That's not bad, except when I called to ask them to email me, they wouldn't. Reason cited: Confidentiality. Even though my email address is already on file! So I had to drive in. Then I needed to wait 35 minutes (literally timed it) at customer service. I showed them my ID and asked if they could make a note on my file that moving forward they be able to email me my receipts at my request. Can't do that. Why not? Confidentiality. But I'm right here with my ID. Sorry. I bought 5 appliances in the span of 3 years here, I will never, ever, put up with this kind of nonsense again. Only giving this place 2 stars because of one vary friendly and knowledgeable staff, but the rest, manager included, oh my God what a joke.

If I had a dollar for every time these guys almost killed me on my motorcycle, typically while they were blatantly disregarding the law, I would be writing this review from my own private island. As an actual passenger, the "service" is terrible. You are subject to either a loud radio, a loud cell phone conversation (not yours, guess who's), or both. I thought taking a taxi to a conference would be a nice, calm experience, to review my notes and prepare myself. Couldn't even hear myself think. Zero consideration. Oh, and while on your way to the airport, be prepared to get your own suitcase in and out of the trunk.

Great service. Picked up a Harley-Davidson Fat Boy. It was clean, and ready to go before I got there at around 9:30 AM. Ran in great shape. Even came with saddle bags which I either hadn't realized, or hadn't been advertised. At any rate, they were a definite help for riding around San Fran as a tourist and taking some friends for rides around town! Will definitely look for an EagleRider in whichever city I end up visiting next based on my experience with the SF location. Handshake to Graham and Harley!

Scam. Took my money. Filed a court date for me. Didn't show up I'm guessing. I'm now paying for more than the original ticket, plus the money lost on this crook. His name is Michael Low. He will not return my emails.

Went with KHFinancial twice. Service was always exceptional. Prompt replies too! I always was explained everything which gave me confidence and understanding. I also got a $3,000+ tax return! I recommended KH to my mother when my father passed away, now she uses them as well without any complaints.
