I'm sorry you feel that way Paul. Interestingly enough, you don't appear in our client list so we cannot address your Google review directly.
We have checklists and procedures that minimize human errors, but at the end of the day we are human. We have over 2,000 very happy and very satisfied clients each year. Of course not everyone is going to feel the same way.
