Plain Old Stupidity...

But I have to be honest...

I've kept a tab on the emails being sent to me
today and it's been pure madness.

Offer after offer claiming life changing wealth
and success from the same guys that claimed the
same thing about another product a week ago.

Not spitting on their business model or anything,
as I do understand exactly how it works, but
honestly it's insanity from the standpoint of the

So... today I want to give you a little advice as
you look through your inbox . . .

Realize there are always good products and
services being offered that potentially could help
you be more successful online, but what you need
to ask yourself when these offers fly in is . . .

"Is this something that's in line with my business

"Is it something that is ancillary? Or is it in the
complete opposite direction?"

In order to ask this question effectively you MUST
know your goals.

Take some time today to revisit your goals and as
these offers hit your inbox, weigh them against
your goals and have the discipline to say NO to
things that seem interesting but aren't in line
with your business model.

Just because something is new doesn't necessarily
mean that it's BETTER for YOU.

Realize this, charge ahead, and ONLY spend your
moneey on things that will help you move your
business forward like:

*Basic Essentials like autoresponders and ad

*Tools and resources to help you better serve YOUR

Just a word of advice in this CRAZY world we call

Never before experienced...

While my wife and I traveled to our college rivals
territory for my youngest brother-in-laws soon to
be first born sons baby shower for the mother to

My middle brother-in-law , director for Little
Caesar’s Pizza and I gave back to the community
with the “Love Kitchen”.

An oven on wheels cranked out 50 pizzas hand made
by us and dished them out to cure the hunger pains
to the average family size that included four to
five children.

Plus to see the smiles on kids faces as I passed
out cookies.

While I think in my mind I’d like to have more of
everything. I know that day was truly a real and
raw moment for me to reflect on my life, my
children, and my wife.

According to the Detroit News of the great badger
state the homeless population is about 43% that
included mostly single mothers and their children.

I don’t know what it’s like to be homeless, but I
had the experience of knowing what it was like to
give back to a Detroit community and feed the

Where these 50 families homeless that I served,
not quite were given a somewhat a safehaven known
as COTS - Coalition of Temporary Shelter.

COTS an organization in short, focused on helping
families get back on their feet.

This shelter standing tall on bricks, slightly run
down and you look across the street and you see a
high rise apartment building decked out with all
the pleasures of a home in the making.

Couldn't taxpayers dollars been used to uplift the

Probably but at the end of the day it comes down
to the bottom line and the lining of others bank
accounts. Thats a whole different story.

But when we help others or show them a different
path to success, change will happen to us all and
for the better.

At least I believe so.

Taking time to give back to the community was a
great opportunity to talk to my children about all
that they want , and all the children that don’t
have ...

and why we are able to live the way do.

Yeah having a full-time job or even a few jobs

I have been there and still doing it to this day.

The extra in-come allows me to do more not only
for my family but others as well.....

It may not be glamorous like the internet
traveling lifestyle peeps but a blessing for sure.

Blessing to put food on the table

Clothes on the fams backs

Keep the lights on

Mon-ey can do a lot for one person... making a
quick twenty dollars here and there can make a
small difference in anyone’s life ...

Take a look at how a path I chosen and so many
others got me to be more successful today then I
was yesterday... ->

Sunday collection plates getting low but parishioners getting paid.

Who knew you could sell to your congregation in

My wife attended Sunday service with her parents
but why..

...maybe because she felt the need for some
spiritual guidance or ask for strength from the
lord above to deal with me

...fill her belly with Frisch's Big Boy eggs,
bacon, hashbrowns and the dark and lovely bean cup
of joe afterwards with the inlaws because you know
they paying.

I know when I would go the focus would be on the
congregation and spiritual guidance from the good
old book. Nothing wrong with that at all until the
collection plate came around.

Collection plates is an old term from back in the
day, and now called donations.

Either way if you are able or not, you can drop
your change in the collection/donation box and
keep it movin.

Back to the point...

The wife came home with a 10 page program or
newsletter that covers service announcements,
activities and better yet the flocks business ads.

You know the kind of ads you see in the newspaper,
mailbox or online for products and/or services for
sell or to buy.

From real estate agents to selling mulch...Aint
nothing wrong with that..

Seems like the collection plate has now become an
advertisement for selling yourself to your
community of church goers.

Why not, these are people you know and see every
week in church devouring the teaches of the lord.
What a better way to ask for money from your
congregation than to have them place a business ad
in the church newsletter.

Not only is the church filling their collection
plates but helping the congregation make mo-ney
from each other while keeping the money in the
spiritual family.

If you want to be able to give back to your
community whether it is to a charitable non-profit
or your place of worship, then you can learn how
to do so here ->
