Worse hotel ever. The place is falling apart. Hallways are filthy, the room wasn't vacuumed completely, the TV's are old. The customer service is severely lacking. The pool seems to never be open and no one knows why. It's excuse after excuse. "It's being renovated and will be open tomorrow" "It's being rented for the weekend, so you can't use it" EXCUSE ME!? You can't rent out your amenities and keep your other guests from using it! My friends iPad was STOLEN as well, and they won't take responsibility for it---instead placing the blame elsewhere. This hotel should be shut down, everyone fired and demolished. This place is a joke and a half. Never. EVER stay here!!! Unless you feel like being ripped off.

This hotel is disgusting. There are stains all over on the floors and on the walls. Our hotel room had things scribbled on the wall. They don't keep their breakfast stocked throughout breakfast hours. They don't inform you when check out is. Our window didn't have a screen. Old tv's. Front desk doesn't answer calls. It was just a horrible stay and smelled even worse.

This hotel is the worst I've ever been in throughout the whole country. I will never come back. Its dirty, falling apart, breakfast is horrible. And there's guests that have been living here for over a month trying to start fights but won't get kicked out because they have friends behind the counter and they've been letting kids run wild all day every day

If I could have rated it with 0 stars I would have. Sheets were so dirty I couldn't sleep with them. Blood stains and who knows what else. Smelled terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Awful. Was put here by American Airlines after we missed our connecting flight (due to a mechanical issue). Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, period. I would've rather slept at the airport!

AWFUL! The bathroom smells like pee - like it hadn't been cleaned. There was no coffee maker and no hair dryer in the room as advertised on the website. When we went to the pool there were no towels to dry off with. I went to the front desk and was told "We would appreciate if you didn't walk here and track water" SO WOULD I, but there were no towels to dry off with and that's why I approached the desk. When I asked for towels, I was told there were no extra towels anywhere in the hotel and that in the morning they would try to find some. I asked about the coffee maker and the hair dryer and was told that if there wasn't one in our room that meant the previous ones had broken and there were no others available. I then asked if they had any rooms vacant and the guy told me "We'll know after 2am with who doesn't check in" and I suggested he take the towels, dryer, and coffee maker out of those rooms and give them to us since we were there right now and in need. He said that wasn't "possible". UM OK??????? A while later my sister called down to the front desk to ask a question about something else we were missing and the guy said he couldn't leave the front desk to run it up there because he was the only employee working at this time (approx 10-1030 pm) and couldn't leave the desk. So she walked downstairs and saw the same guy outside looking at baby clothes with some woman. I then called at 1115pm to cancel our second night there, because I had found a different hotel chain to stay at. I was told by the employee behind the desk (now a different person) that the owner was busy at a banquet/wedding party helping out and would call me within 20 minutes. I asked confused, "Owner?" and the guy told me the owner had been there all evening! So the guy from before lied and lied and lied! Unbelievable. The only good thing about this hotel was the man at the front desk after 11pm! (NOTE: The "owner" still hasn't called me's been an hour)

Ramada Inn hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
