Thank you so much for all of you videos! They have been a source for me to learn better sewing techniques. You are nust awesome at explaining the techniques without a lot of unnecessary chit chat AND your voice is palatable. Some videos have too much annoying background music or the person has an irritating voice. Your videos are just perfect for me. In reading all the posted comments, I do agree with some regarding zooming in and out and fabric choices etc...if i may add my two cents, I would use contrasting THREAD. It does make it easier for all to see.(Except maybe the colorblind...but I would think they have a whole bunch of issues besides thread color!! ) anyways...thank you so much!

you can use your iron, but make sure the steam is not on!, just use a lower temperature so you don't burn the paper..

This did NOT work for me.  It is just not the same as the purchased Spectrum Noir and Ranger alcohol inks.  It works, yes somewhat, but it does come off the tiles easily, and it is not shiny like the others.  I did use BOTH type of dye and the powder ones, left chalky pieces of dye on my work.

my Colwood The Detailer "pen" is NOT a fixed tip one, and it gets really hot on my hand towards the distal end where the cord plugs in.  I purchased the cork and the foamy rubber covers for it to protect my hand from the heat, but they did not work very well as it still gets too hot and i have to quit after awhile.  Is this normal?  It does not matter if it's on 5 or 10, it still gets hot.

Thanks for some of your tips, but you should stir the etching cream from the bottom.  better result. Watch for drips off of your stencil onto the glass!

For all of use that cannot afford a cuttlebug machine, buy the folders and use a ROLLING PIN and a lot of elbow grease!  works good for me!  I get the embossing folders from JoAnne's on sale for $2.00-$2.50 on sale!

I am having A LOT of difficulty, even at art stores, finding the correct glossy paper to use.  I also paint like this on tiles, but would like to use a glossy paper.  Even glossy card stock that states it takes the ink, does not let me use the blending solution or alcohol to create.  Can you please share what kind of paper you use, and where I can purchase said paper?

Hey Guys!!  Love all your shows.  This one....COULD be funny, very funny, but you have to tweak it some more...Maybe use older, cranky, fed up, frustrated folk, and make them talking babies!  Now ,, that's funny, But I don't think it could EVER be as funny as kid snippets and kid history.  Now................Continue with Your Book Weport.

It's better than the one on Watt Ave! But, the other reviewers were right about the workers in the individual departments are very rude, VERY. AND complain...yes, COMPLAIN about helping you. Video center, fabric cutter, (almost next to impossible to get waited on to get fabric cut... Paint department, it is MPOSSIBLE to get help, let alone have anyone paint for you. Too, Bad. Oh, CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD CARE LESS< AS WELL AS MANAGERS THAT i HAVE DEALT WITH. (all but one, Ron who went out of his way to help me. and I do mean it. He stopped what he was doing, and went with me to the department and cut my fabric! Nice) The pharmacy screws up all the time and the ladies in there look absolutely EXHAUSTED, ALWAYS! NOW, I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE BEST WAL MART EVER.....IT IS IN HASLET, TEXAS ON AVONDALE/HASLET ROAD. LOVE THAT PLACE AND THOSE EMPLOYEES. HAVE NOT RUN ACROSS ONE, NOT ONE, EMPLOYEE WHO HAS NOT BEEN SUPER FRIENDLY, AND SUPER DUPER HELPFUL! i CAME IN WITH MY GRANDSON, 8 WKS, WITH DIARRHEA, AND HE WAS SCREAMING, AND I HAD FOUR EMPLOYEES HELPING ME WITH EVERYTHING! GETTING ME TO THE RESTROOM, GETTING ME A BOTTLE AND PEDIALYTE, ETC. REALLY SPECIAL. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THAT PLACE, AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I AM IN TEXAS IT IS FOR 2 MONTHS AT A TIME, AND I GO THERE EVERYDAY, SO THIS IS A REVIEW I CAN HONESTLY SAY IS COMPLETELY TRUE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES. oh, and THE PHARMACY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND AS WELL, SUPER HELPFUL FOLK. PLACERVILLE, SHOULD TAKE LESSONS FROM THEM.
