The food was very excellent, exactly what you expect from a good restaurant! Also the atmospheres very pleasant, and family oriented. My wife and I will return in the near future. We have also been here before and ways enjoyed it.

I have ate at this particular Olive Garden numerous times and I have to say it's really hit or miss as far as service goes, but the food is always delicious. Patience is a virtue with pretty much all Olive Garden's. I love the "Seafood Portofino," I recommend it to anyone that loves Pasta and Seafood. It's pretty pricey, but I always have leftovers. More than once if they are super busy and the waiter/waitress is unable to get my table as frequent they should, they tend to comp things, like desserts/drinks without me even asking. Overall, I would say in comparison to other Olive Garden's I have been to, this one is considerably above average. (Let's be honest here, generally the nicer you are to your servers, generally the nicer and better service you will receive. Sometimes things happen that are out of the servers control, if you are really unhappy talk to the managers. Still unhappy, talk to corporate. Anytime I have any issues at any restaurant I bring it to my servers attention, if they don't fix it I talk to their manager.)

Bland, blah and blah. First of all, Lexington *needs* a good Italian place. Secondly, this ain't it. I feel sorry for the person who wrote "Traditional Italian" about this place. I'm sorry sir/madam, this is *not* traditional Italian. The service has always been decent, so two stars for that. I've never waited long for a glass of wine or for my check. That's good. Now I will wish for a small, mom-and-pop Italian joint to open in town. Oh how this makes me miss CA.

I ordered a pasta bowl with veggies. The pasta wasn't very good and even though it wasn't described on the menu, the food was spicy. I don't like spicy food. It was something I could've done myself at home without paying $15 for it. The only thing I know I can order and like is the Chicken Carbonara, but why do I want to come to a place where I can only order one thing, everything else is hit and miss. I won't be coming back, there a million other places to eat in Lexington that are much better.
