Mac n cheese with chocolate was balanced. The chocolate was decadently bitter without overdoing it. Filet was amazing and the bacon cheese grits were worthy of 2nds

It consistently has the very best service and has been my favorite restaurant in Baltimore since I moved to the city in 2009. A tip of the hat Jack's Bistro, good day.

Eclectic and ever-changing menu with something for everyone's tastes. The rotating menu varies from ethnic dishes hailing around the world to more experimental culinary concoctions. Regardless, I have never had a bad meal here. It is a little expensive, but definitely worth the cost as far as restaurants in the city go. Reservations are heavily recommended, especially after 6PM. Seating is limited and it fills up very quickly.

good cocktails. stick with the menu items for your entree though, a lot of the specials items don't match the quality of the menu items.

I took my love to Jacks for Valentines day and honestly we both had the best meals of our lives. We started with the Somboon Mussels & this "pancake / crepe" dish and were blown out of our seats. Then the mains - we had the Filet & the Chilean Sea Bass, both were insane - I felt like we were on one of those cooking travel shows (no reservations with Tony or something of the like) and just stumbled upon new flavors the world. The steak put all the major expensive steak houses to shame - it literally melted in my mouth. All of the amazing food was trumped by the staff - everyone was super nice, knowledgable and genuine. Jacks is definitely in our restaurant rotation list now :)

The mac and cheese and chocolate is something to try out. There's this guy there that knows wines super well and a lot of food. This is a nice cozy place for a nice meal. The deserts are worth a try.

Guinness braised filet is incredible...and on special Sunday nights. Chocolate Mac & Cheese definitely worth a try. Great bartenders.

What a gem! Took the water taxi from Fells and found this neighborhood restaurant. Cozy and very personal, maybe even a little eccentric. Very knowledgeable staff -- cocktails, wine and food. Adventurous cooking that the kitchen pulled off with confidence. The poutine with demi glace was fun and eagerly wolfed down by the two of us. Without a doubt, the best crab cake I've ever had. I'll definitely come back and really wish I had a place like this in my neighborhood.
