My husband and I love Carrabbas. We actually met both as waiters at one in Florida. Now I have a newborn, and I've been home for weeks. We decide to make it special and go to the place we met. Unfortunately we got stuck with the waitress there named Allison S. I've never felt so rushed. We told her we wanted to wait after or appetizer to order entrees. Which I know is annoying as a server, but we wanted to enjoy. She kept approaching us "yall ready??" My water sat empty my whole meal and she left all dirty dishes and empty wine and martini glasses on the table. Finally I asked her to remove it all before our entrees came. My husband finished his and I'm half way through. I literally had salad on my fork and she dropped the check. Didn't even ask if you wanted dessert which we did.... But my husband just wanted to leave. I look at the clock, it's 11:06. Wow. I would never have the guts to do that as a waitress. But she did and I was so upset. She was yelling across our table to another employee about a "rag" to clean the table....YUM.... Thanks for that horrible experience in my first time going out in months. We always leave 30% too because we know the industry well. We left 10% and was content with that. I know it's annoying on a Friday night to be working in a restaurant but I just don't have the class do that. Change your job if you don't like it. Everything else was great, again we love the food and wine!

I know my Italian food. This is the best Italian restaurant hands down. If you tell them to add some basil, garlic, parmesan reggiano, sun dried tomatoes or kalamata olives to your dish or pizza, nobody beats it. The dessert menu is ok though.

Food was great. The Chicken caprese sandwich and tomato cucumber salad was light and refreshing. a quick and easy lunch.

Chicken Parm and chicken soup at lunch. Soup was great, Chicken parm was pitiful. PITIFUL. It looked like they served it on a dinner roll ,but it wasn't that wide. Honestly I took three bites and it was GONE. 3 F'un bites?

This has been my spot since I moved to Houston two years ago. I absolutely love Carrabbas. The service, the atmosphere, the ambiance, and the food are just amazing. I do not get anything different when I go there. I'm a particular person so I always stick with the same dish and will usually sample off the other parties plates who I go with. I am not a fan of the new layout but I do see how it has made the restaurant more modern and open. This particular location is just too long and not as wide anymore. If you go there, get the Pasta Weesie with fried shrimp, extra garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. Then get the Caesar salad with sunnies and sliced lemon! You will be in heaven! I'm kind of upset that they made the creme brulee seasonal but when they do have it it's amazing! The crowd is always nice and it's not really loud. It's around some nice places to walk in if you go early before they close.

Do you like Italian? This is the place if you feel like having Italian. Food has been consistent all the time. They also give you generous portion. Doesn't matter what you order, it will almost always be more than adequate. Make sure you bring your appetite. Service is top notch. Place gets pretty busy but service is never lacking.
