I wonder if there is a minor mode or other functionality that will record a history of all navigation through a buffer so that it can be rewound. Even something like storing navigation in the normal undo history, so I can go back to where I was 30 seconds ago without needing to set book/marks.

Close enough, I'd forgotten about the existence of scroll-in-place. Thanks

You mean we can do web page layouts without wishing for death?
A showcase of problems once hard or impossible to solve with CSS alone, now made trivially easy with Flexbox.

Chrome: Before Dropbox and Google Drive came around, we all used our Gmail accounts to store files, but it was never very easy to access them in bulk or send them to other services. MetisMe fixes that.

Ah MS Windows, where the software you were forced to install requires a restart, but something is blocking the restart, and you eventually find that the blocker was another window requesting a restart.

Not too blobby :-)

I tried printing "Common Gear set" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:146289 in ABS again after changing the threaded Z-rods from M8/1.25 to M6/1.0 and while I probably am not using the exact same settings in Cura the Z layer alignment has changed alot for the better with M6.

Too bad I could not find the previous print with the original M8 rods that came with the ORD Bot.

Standard disclaimer on surface quality :) My QU-BD nozzle has no flat surface.

Edit: 0.35mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer

It's not for precision stuff. You'd be limited to certain types of parts. Bits that need to move smoothly over each other with no friction just aren't up to it. This tech is so overhyped I'm tempted to dub it 'the VR of manufacturing'...(which was hailed as the next big thing on the horizon for four decades running).  I think the hype is because people mistake the CG model renders in stores like thingiverse and shapeways for the actual output (which is deceitful, especially when GI etc is used to make them look real)
