Basic Information
They have a great sales team here. I normally deal with Joe in parts but they are all nice guys... But the service department ruins the whole deal. The head service guy, I forget his name, isn't friendly to atv riders at all. I have friends who say the same thing. He comes off as condescending and rude. He starts looking for reasons not to warranty your machine right off the bat. He asks if it's been in mud. Yes, of course it has.They need to get rid of this guy and move someone else up into his position. There is a blondish haired gentleman that seems to man the office when the head guy is not around and he's friendly and helpful. I'm sure he has tons of experience but his customer service skills and condescending attitude are burn me up. I ride atvs/sxs with a large group of friends and we're done dealing with this guy. I'll be back for parts but never for service.
