I had to replace a truck that had been totaled. Paul Damiano and the staff at Country were very patient as we waited for the insurance company to provide the money I needed for my down-payment. There was absolutely no pressure and they were very easy to work with me as we waited through several delays caused by the insurance company. Additionally, since we weren't able to find a RAM 1500 that suited my requirements, Paul and the dealership were able to set me up with a brand new Chevy Silverado 1500.

I love this dealership! The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly, they really work above and beyond to make you feel welcome and appreciated. THEY ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOU. Most people hate going to dealerships because of the "shark tank" attitude you feel walking through the door, there is NONE of that here. My rep Jack is such a sweetheart and not only got me into the exact car I wanted, he gave me all the info upfront, no hidden back stories, no question went unanswered. He's amazing! He really does care, they all do and I'm so happy with my Dart. I recommend them 1000%!

Jack was patient and helpful with us. We almost left the dealership because we just could not find what we thought we wanted and Jack patietnly helped us. My husband has bought numerous cars at this dealership and been very, very happy. I was not sure but could not be more sure I received a very good deal. We have been looking for a work load diesel truck for a while now, and found Paul D at CCDJR to be one of the best salespeople we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to find the truck we were looking for. Even thought they didn't have one in stock, he was able to find what we were looking for and secure it for us through CCDJR. He was informative, helpful and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. We felt like we received a fair deal from an honest person--for this reason I would definitely refer anyone to Paul for a new vehicle. Thank you for one of the nicest/easiest purchases we have ever had! Keep up the good work!

I was looking to buy a new Ram truck, so my search began. I was contacted by Paul via email and I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted my payments to be "around". I called him and set up a time to meet. When we got there he was the first person we met. Within 30 mins. he had the truck parked outside for me to look at. It was everything I emailed him to find. It was the best dealership experience I ever had and Paul was very approachable and had all the answers. I will definitely use Country in the future and will steer friends and family in his direction. Thanks for everything!!

This was the third vehicle (2015 Jeep Cherokee) in 10 years we bought from this dealership and the second time with Paul as our sales person. We would have asked for Paul had he not greeted us as we walked from our car to the door. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted. Paul found it on their lot and got it ready for a test drive. Upon returning, we went inside and quickly came to an agreement regarding price, trade-in, etc., signed the necessary papers, wrote a check, and out the door we went. Before departing the dealership, Paul got in the car with us, paired our phones, explained some of the vehicle's features and answered all our questions. Both times it was a pleasure to work with him. He is an excellent sales person and truly cares about his customers. We are 100% satisfied!

Let me start off by saying that most of the employees there are very friendly, and most are relatively pleasant to be around. Ok. Now that we got that out of the way lets get on with it, shall we? It is a well known fact that most people on my mothers side of the family either drove, or new someone who drove, either, a, Chrysler or Dodge. That being said I can see why my mother decided to purchase a 2008 Chrysler Pacifica; it seemed like a decent car (BOY WERE WE WRONG - more on that later on) and they offered a decent price and a lifetime warranty. Those two things alone would be enough to persuade almost any tire kicker into purchasing a car. NOW. Here's were things started to go south. The last three Dodge or Chrysler vehicles my mother has owned have all had a bad problem with the air conditioning dying...and usually during the hottest part of the summer, but I digress. Fast forward to a few years ago. After the car hit 100,000 miles things started to happen like you would expect and so naturally our visits to the dealer for maintenance became longer in duration and more frequent. While that is expected, having to CONSTANTLY keep returning for problems that they had said they had either "addressed" or "fixed" is not expectable or acceptable. There is NO reason that a spark plug, or gas filter, or starter, or battery should EVER present an issue not even a week after having had the car in the shop for general maintenance PERIOD!!! You can imagine our frustration as this has happened MANY times in the last few years, so much so that I believe that we could have paid the full price for a lease for three years in what we had spent in repairs AFTER the warranty. All in all honesty if we didn't have the "lifetime warranty" we would very easily paid the equivalent of the MSRP on a Hyundai Genesis... THATS INSANE!!! The bottom line is simply this, the people there are for the most part pleasant and friendly, but, their service department is shoddy at best, and thats me being nice. Unfortunately in todays extremely competitive retail world just being friendly or personable doesn't cut it, and THATS why, we, will not only NEVER buy another Chrysler, but will NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep, or the Chrysler Dodge Jeep brand as a whole to anyone. Its just not worth it. Do the smart thing and steer away from Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
