I was looking for vegetarian options and they do offer several. I tried a sweet potato which was nothing special, but it's served with sour cream and lime, which was interesting because I've never had it that way before. The fregola was not tasty to me at all. I got the small and ended up eating only a couple bites. I usually order appetizers but was not interested in any of the choices at all. Service was fair. I made the mistake of sitting outside where smoking is allowed and that grossed me out.

Excellent food with huge portions, the crab claws are a must. The room itself is pretty cool but gets noisy with people chatting and some of the seating is a bit uncomfortable. Five stars for food and staff though :)

I don't usually do this kind of thing but I popped in for a coffee and was quite disappointed by the service I got. To explain what happened. I approached the coffee counter towards the machine side and asked if it was possible to get a coffee. The barista, a lady with long reddish/blonde hair then barked at me that I was at the wrong end. I was a bit taken aback by this. I went to the right end and asked the another girl who was lovely and polite for my coffee. She gave my order to the aggravated lady who then snapped at her forcing her to apologise for giving her my order. Another waitress then approached the counter and was torn a strip as she according to the girl wasn't collecting her coffees quick enough. She actually froze and couldn't get her words out. I understand that Christmas is a busy time and we all get stressed from time to time. But when you start taking it out on customers and those around you it not only makes for a poor work environment but a poor experience for all. As I said I don't usually do this kind of thing but I genuinely felt bad for this ladies poor colleagues. I contacted them by their email to register this complaint and have heard nothing after 3 days. So it appears there is a general need for improvement in customer service here.
