Really nice spot for a drink, especially in the afternoon when the weather is nice and the window seats are open. The beer selection is pretty awesome with a ton on tap any many more bottles. It gets very crowded and fairly rowdy at night, so an afternoon visit might be preferable. The staff is petty good and checks up frequently. The beer selection also varied from German beer to small west coast crafts which was nice for finding something to really suit my tastes.

Good food, good beer. Be sure to leave enough tip - you will get told to do so otherwise! (we left 12% and our waitress complained this was not enough. Being from the UK her attitude was quite a shock!)

Good beer, good food. However our server was extremely rude. When my boyfriend and I ordered beers, she said "well I'm going to have to card you," with such an attitude. Ok, lady, no problem. She didnt smile the whole meal. Very unfriendly. Overall a cool place, and we will be back and hope we don't get the same waitress.

We arrived tired and hungry... and left possibly more tired but full of delicious food! I ordered the truffle mac and cheese, which was spectacular. One of those dishes were every mouthful tastes better than the next. My drink – which was made with chilli tequila – was a bit too intense for me but the bar staff happily made it a long cocktail as opposed to a short which made it much easier to drink!

Decent gastropub with long tables. Great beer list with standard gastropub offerings. Young crowd means it can bet a bit noisy. The back area seemed a bit more relaxed.

Great food in the heart of the Lower East Side. The wide open bench tables provide a nice communal atmosphere, though you never feel like you are stuck in someone else's conversation. They have a huge beer selection though they are always oddly out of the ones I first ask about. I think that is just me though :) Brunch is delicious and if I had to recommend one dish, Mac N Cheese!
