Relocating has many benefits for seniors. To avoid loneliness, some seniors may want to move closer to their family and loved ones. Others are simply seeking a refreshing change of atmosphere and pace. Meanwhile, there are others who are looking to retire to a home that is smaller and easier to maintain. Click the link below to read more about how you can help a senior loved one.

Beinhauers is happy to host a topical Grief Support Group series sponsored by Interim Hospice. Each month, a professional offers a workshop with practical tips for tackling a particular area of life that has been impacted by the loss of a loved one. April’s workshop on Thursday, 4/6 was entitled Cooking for One – How to Eat Healthfully and Deliciously on a Small Scale.

Thank you to the owner of Growing the Seed, Meredith Hartlage, for leading the group through this encouraging and delicious presentation!

Attendance at each month’s workshop is free to the public. Stay tuned for information about May’s event!
