Big waste of money. "Don't get tokens"? .. Don't even set foot in the door. They got rid of all the old games. Think that would be an upgrade. It wasn't. Every game costs $1 for one play. They are all crappy ticket games. Go to chuck e cheeses where every play is 25 cents.

We had our son's 6th birthday party at Jungle Jim's on a Sunday and had a good experience. We were a bit worried based on some of the online reviews, but we also saw that it had new ownership. (Also, I'd been there a couple of years before for another birthday party. It was dark and dingy then, but the kids had enjoyed it). When we walked in last weekend, I could see that a lot of work had been done cleaning up the place. It was much cleaner and better lit than the last time we were there. They'd set out a very nice table, decorated with a Minecraft theme as requested. And we had a party host to help coordinate things, bring out snacks and drinks, and just make sure everything was running smoothly. She did a great job. We also enjoyed the pizza, it tastes like it comes from an actual oven, and is better than Chuck-E-Cheese. (It's not gourmet pizza or anything, but it's good). Some of the negative things that are in the recent reviews are still true, the games are old, many of them don't work, and there is still the odd mix of games that require tokens and games that require quarters. But the rides are fun, there were plenty of attendants, and the kids had a blast. It's obvious that the new owners are working hard to improve Jungle Jim's. Our family will be back.

This place is definitely improving. We took our daughter a year ago on Valentines day and it was extremely run down. We decided to give it a try for her 2nd birthday party because someone had told us that it wasn't too bad for birthdays and plus we didnt want a bunch of 2 and 3 year olds running around our house. We are so happy we went to Jungle jims, the decor was on point, customer service was great, the kids LOVED it and the pizza tasted AWESOME!! We are really picky people and this place definitely didn't disappoint us. If you have been in the past and have been disappointed, definitely try them again!

This place is horrible. We weren't even there an hour, they were short on operators for the rides so we ended up standing around longer than we needed. Bought $20 worth of tokens so tried to play games instead of rides and they were mostly broken. The manager would only refund me half the money I spent (like $60!) And tried to play off like everything was fine. It wasn't fine, it was awful. I mean, my kids, who normally are entertained by anything even had a horrible time. Total rip off and horrible service. At least refund me my money so I can leave.

my daughter loved the rides but the service and games were terrible. I walked up to the counter to buy tokens and the lady working walked out of the booth. over half of the games did not work or wouldn't give you tickets, or just ate your coins. the pizza was decent but they were out of the drinks we actually wanted to drink. the place was dirty and i go into tje bathroom and it stunk was super hot i could barely breath! I would suggest if you go, just go for the rides for your kids. do not get tokens and waste your time and money playing broken games. and don't waste money on the over priced food.

I had put off going here for several months, after reading bad reviews. Bad rides, cleanliness? I did not see any of those problem there. May be the management change helped. 1) All rides were working 2) Attendants for all rides. Some of the attendants are really pleasant. 3) Rides are clean. While there I saw them clean the rides with clorox, once in a while. 4) Absolutely no issues with the attendants.I mean they are standing for an entire day. Someone of them will get tired. They arent robots. My kid loved it. Will return again. Only reason I have given 5 is to bring up the rating, so that the people discard the bad reviews.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about my daughter and her friends/cousins had an awesome time just this last Saturday 2/07/15. She just turned 3 and this is the perfect age for this place she had a complete blast on all the rides and bounced away all her energy in the bouncy houses. The games we played all worked, were not overly gross or dirty (it is a kid pizza place so yes they are not spotless clean) and they were kid friendly for the little ones, but cool enough for the older ones. I rode some of the rides with her and I did not notice that the rides were full of dust or overly filthy, they were just fine. The Roller Coaster had a sign saying it was "taking a breather". We asked one of the staff and he said it could be 15 min to about an hour and we stayed like 3 hours after that and it never did come back from that "breather" so that was a bit of a disappointment. I purchased the little dreamers package ($199) with getting extra pizza and paying for the extra kids my bill was $261 which seems a little high but compared to all the other places out there, it was nothing, we had 35 people including the adults. That included the $1 a balloon it cost for them to blow up all the extra balloons I brought, but Zurchers was a zoo, and we were running last, so it was worth the extra to me. With the package you get themed birthday decorations which I asked for the My Little Pony, I thought they would skimp and just get plates and napkins but they got the whole little set with the table toppers, table cloth, plates and cups. ( I added some confetti and got some balloons and it was super cute)! That also included a Pinata and they got a unicorn one that matched the theme, and the kids absolutely loved it! I brought my own cake but as I was serving the cake our host (who I’d give a B grade wise, she was helpful when asked, but was not always available as it was a busy Saturday) she brought out the ice cream cups that come with the package and they were pretty tasty and kids liked them a lot. Anyway, The only complaints I have would be about the cleanliness I agree with the one reviewer about the bathrooms... steer clear, they are funky!! They need to re-design those things to let it ventilate better, I did feel like I was choking in a sauna totally gross!! Food was fine, nothing special, but at least it didn’t taste like cardboard like chucky cheese pizza. All and all we had a really fun time and will go back for future birthday parties.

Place is dirty, rides are broken, staff just texts all the time we were there, no ride operators, Place looks like Pink Eye waiting to happen.
