Email from Andi Ali (HMRC Whistleblower) to Alex Whitehead, (HMRC Manager) dated July 5, 2007, submitting a grievance of racial harassment and discrimination after HMRC falsely accused him of sexual harassment, expressing support for suicide bombers, and being an extremist for heckling the BNP. (HMRC have admitted these allegations were false)

Transcript of HMRC Investigators Jim Samson and Heather Whittaker’s interview, with HMRC Manager, Jacqui Pye, dated 10 October, 2006 where she admits that she held a meeting with the complainant’s weeks before they submitted complaints labelling me an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful anti-racist protest in Burnley. (Two previous HMRC investigations had previously found there was no evidence the complainants had ever got together to discuss their complaints).

Bill Pickup (HMRC – Head of National Operational Service) letter to HMRC whistleblower, Andi Ali, dated, 5 July, 2007, where he concludes that when HMRC charged and convicted Mr Ali of being an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful anti racist protest in Burnley, the department should not have pursued that and other complaints the way it did. Bizarrely, he also concludes that they were not pursued as a result of racial discrimination, even though Mr Ali was also convicted of expressing support for suicide bombers on account of him wearing an Arabic headscarf at work. (Couldn’t make it up).

E-Mail from Sue Downey, PCS, to Kath Doyle HMRC, (dated, 17 December, 2004) submitting a complaint on my behalf against Tony Smith, using HMRC internal grievance procedures to label me an extremist for heckling the BNP at a peaceful anti racist in Burnley.

HMRC Investigators Heather Whittaker and Jim Samson, interview HMRC Manager, Tony Smith, (dated: 25 August, 2006) about Tony Smith’s complaint he saw me on television heckling the BNP at an anti-racist protest, and there could be no place in the Civil Service for anybody with those kind of anti BNP views. (A complaint which HMRC upheld). In it, Mr Smith is also asked why he assumed Mr Ali was expressing support for suicide bombers, simply because he wore an Arabic headscarf to work – another complaint HMRC had previously upheld.

Bill Pickup (HMRC – Head of National Operational Service) letter to HMRC Manager, Anthony Stansfield, dated 5 July, 2007, informing him that his complaints of sexual harassment have not been upheld because the women he alleged I had sexually harassed have said no I did not and he was lying. Pickup also informs him that there was no evidence I had played the race card, despite the fact HMRC had previously found that I had, and the complaints against me should have not had been pursued in the way they were. (PICKUP, HOWEVER, DOES NOT EXPLAIN WHY STANSFIELD MADE SUCH FALSE SEXUAL ALLEGATIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE OR HOW HIS BNP BUDDIES CAME TO MAKE THE SAME FALSE SEXUAL ALLEGATIONS TO HMRC BOSSES) I’M STILL WAITING FOR AN EXPLANATION!!!

HMRC investigators, Heather Whittaker and Jim Samson transcript of their interview with HMRC employee, Sandra King, after HMRC had charged and convicted Andi Ali of holding extreme political views for heckling the BNP, and other offences. The transcript is not dated and the interview was not taped recorded. (Against procedure). In it, though, Sandra King points out that Nick Ivell, Tony Smith, Anthony Stansfield and Phil Davies discussed the subject of suicide bombers - something they complained Mr Ali did, because he wore an Arabic headscarf. (Unbelievable)
