I'm not at all surprised by the conclusions in this report +Todd Olmstead. I've seen it in my own ad results.

However, I am shocked that the so-called "social media experts" on the major social networks have decided to ignore this important study.

I guess if everything isn't good social news, they simply have no interest in posting or commenting on it?
