You know if George Soros name is any where near this article, it spells well planed death for the Constitution and the Dollar, as well as America. Multi -Bilionaire Elitist Soros is well known for saying that Obama was put into office in this time (2009) to help bring in the Full plans of the " One World Order". He said he had brought four nations down quite well, by attacking their currency. Destroyed four, why not the U.S. dollar to make five. He has said that America is the only thing , in that time frame, holding the One World Order from going world wide. America needs to keep standing, because if we let them get the Constitution, we will play hell ever getting it back. Understand why the Administration has worked tirelessly on gun-control/confiscation. They want to get rid of American guns behind the doors, of so may citizens.Actually they want to take us down without firing a shot if possible. Make 50 %of the population on Government handouts, then turn them off to see what will happen. It is that old push, push, shove, shove., routine to see if they are ready to flip the switch.

The Obama administration has admitted that an illegal immigrant and known gang member -- who recently was charged in the murders of four people -- was allowed to remain in the United States under President Obama's executive actions.

Rajini Rao originally shared to Making Sense of Science:

Dotting the I

Colorful bindis are being handed out to tribal women in India by a philanthropic organization. When worn on the forehead, each dot delivers a daily dose of 100-150 micrograms of iodine (chemical symbol: I) which is absorbed by the skin. At least 70 million Indians suffer from iodine deficiency disorders. Sure, oral supplements or iodized salts are more efficient, but the tribal women won't take them. The bindis are a socially more acceptable, and creative, approach to dietary compliance!

Bad Air: Iodine deficiencies were described by ancient Roman writers and medieval travelers, who would encounter entire villages in the Alps or southern Europe struck by cretinism.  Thought to be due to "bad air" or "stagnant water" in the mountains, we now know that dwarfism, deformed bones and intellectual disability are due to lack of iodine-rich thyroid hormone. Goiter belts characterized the more mildly afflicted inland regions of Europe and N. America, where populations were marked by enlarged thyroids and grossly swollen throats. Along the coast, however, wave action disperses natural iodine salts from sea water into the air, from where it enters our ecosystem. No wonder, sea air was recommended for recuperating invalids.

The Rise and Fall of I: After the discovery of iodine in 1811, Lugol's solution (mostly potassium iodide, or KI) became the universal panacea of western medicine. Medical students were advised:

If ye don’t know where, what, and why
Prescribe ye then K and I

But too much of a good thing led to the discovery that excess iodine actually blocked thyroid hormone production (known as Wolff-Chaikoff effect). Today, the Reference Daily Intake or RDI has decreased from 1 gram, to 150 micrograms, which many practitioners believe is too little. Proponents of iodine therapy point out the benefits in preventing breast cancer, skin disorders and more. For a fascinating history of the controversies and facts see the article in the reference.

With all the new 3D printers, new materials and new software, it’s hard to keep up.  The information blasts can be dizzying.
Senvol.com/database has a free search engine for sorting through all the materials and all the machines out there.  We did a search on materials. First, we had the option to specify ceramics, polymer (plastic), sand, wax, composite or metal. But that was just the beginning. From there we could choose the tensile strength, the flexural strength and many other variables. There was another category for how well the material withstands various temperatures and another for the material’s hardness and density. The machine selection has 37  printer manufacturers to choose from and a lot more variables to specify. This is a happy hunting ground for an engineer or a hobbyist.

My brother took me there when he was here from MN. I love Salmon but most restaurants really don't know how to make it rare - so it retains that great buttery flavor. At Chesters Chophouse it was superb! We had great service and the atmosphere was excellent. :D

It's been awhile since I've been there but had a great time and good food when I did sort of "hang out" there some years ago. Need to get to that place and see if it is still as much fun as I remember. Good Food! :D

I have not been to Savutes in many years but for a very long time it was my Friday night restaurant of choice. At one point or another we had everything on their menu and it was always really great food and at a good price too. We moved further away from Savutes or we would still be haunting that place, I'm sure. This is a good reminder to fill up the gas tank and head north soon!

I was so surprised to find really good food at such a place. Not that it was not nice, it was but not what I am used to for dining out. We love this type of food (Mexican/Southwestern) and Chipotle Mexican Grill certainly delivers! Loved it. :D

I love Mexican and Southwestern food. My Mom taught me to make enchiladas early on before there were any real Mexican restaurants around here. Abuelo's is very clean, great atmosphere and really good food. I've been several times and had a great time each and every time I went. :D
