This dealer is horrible . I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Sold me a 2015 THOR motorhome which came with a manufacture problem, due to this manufacture problem my whole bus is completely damaged inside from a water leaking. They are not willing to replace or work with me to fix my "brand new" bus. They sold me a completely ruined bus. I give this dealer a negative 0.

My name is Joyce Dunwoody. We arrived in your neighborhood last Sunday (7/19/15) and checked in at your local KOA. The AC in our Winnebago Travato wasn’t working. It was in the mid-90’s, and we could not have spent the night in our little motor home and would have to had gotten a motel/hotel room. Our campground neighbor told us about your business and provided us with an escort to see if we could get service. When we got to Safford, several people told us that the service department wasn’t open because it was a Sunday. Then Greg Berry came off the sales floor (having heard “not open”), and he volunteered to see if he could help us. Greg went to our Travato with us, and he did some troubleshooting, and he went on to show us how to use the generator to keep the AC on during the night. Without assistance from your service department, he went “above and beyond” to help us, to educate us, and to allow us to remain in the campground for the night. Greg was outstanding in terms of customer service. Obviously he’s not just about selling, but has consumers’ needs in mind, Safford’s reputation in mind, and was just all-around great. Being very new owners of a motorhome, we obviously have lots to learn. Thank God for nice campground neighbors, and people/businesses like Greg and Safford. We commend Greg Berry for his help and his kindness. We commend Safford RV for hiring such a good person. I hope he represents your whole staff. I’m guessing that’s the case. Thanks, Greg! Thanks Safford RV!

I took my family to look at trailers. It was the worst experience ever. Our sales guy started off nice with small talk about the kids and his family and such. We looked at a lot of trailers. It seemed as the evening was going on he was more interested in selling a trailer than making sure we were getting what we wanted. He didn't care to ask how our budget until he had tricked us into saying we liked a certain trailer and wanted to buy it. In the middle of a statement he said if we could get the paperwork done tonight would you take this trailer home with you which caught us off guard. When it came time to work out numbers he wanted us to sign a piece of paper stating if the payment we wanted was attainable we would guarantee that we would purchase the trailer. We refused to sign and he stated that they were busy working three other deals and without a signature he couldn't work up prices. We started to leave when he changed his tune and met with the finance manager. Bottom line they didn't want to work within our budget and when we were going to leave he brought over the 20 something finance manager that was going to tell me how life works and maybe we should get a used trailer, LOL. Again they only care about selling trailers not the experience of making a large purchase. They need some training on how to treat people with respect. Ultimately I am glad they did what they did because we ended up at McGeorge's Rolling Hills RV the next day and purchased a trailer we absolutely love and they have the best customer service.

My husband and I stopped in at Safford RV on our way back from a family reunion. Several of our family members came to the reunion in RVs or with pull-behind campers, and we thought, what a great idea! Greg was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable. We initially were interested in a pull-behind trailer or a fifth wheel, but Greg convinced us we would enjoy a Class C motorhome more. We weren't quite ready to pull the trigger, but you can believe that when we are ready to buy, we will be back to see Greg. Besides being very knowledgeable about the products, Greg was laid back and didn't pressure us, and patiently answered all of our questions. Funny guy too- he made the visit quite enjoyable.

Safford RV has a "We don't care" attitude toward their airstream customers. Maybe it is because they are the loan airstream dealer in the state, I'm not sure - but their attitude is terrible. We were ready to upgrade our trailer to an airstream, did all the research, had several phone calls and emails with both Ken and Wanda. We called and set up an appointment to visit with the intention of working a deal that same day. The drive for us is 2.5 hours. When we arrived Wanda told us to go ahead out and look at the airstream - we spent several hours picking out the best trailer for our "forever" trailer. When we returned to the showroom to discuss a deal Wanda was with another customer - and walked by us several times never even acknowledging we were waiting to talk with her. When the other customers left she walked by us again, not acknowledging we were standing right outside her office, and walked over to talk with one of the managers. After several more minutes we asked to talk with a manager (Mike?) to describe our situation. It was then Wanda walked over and made several excuses as to why she just kept walking by us - they ranged from "I was working numbers in my head" to "I don't have my glasses on and didn't recognize you." Needless to say - no deal and we will not be returning. The next closest airstream dealer for us is over 3 hours away, but that it OK - when your spending that kind of money - I'll make the drive. Maybe Safford RV treats their non-airstream customers better - not sure - but to drive over 5 hours total and be treated like that was just sad. Airstream should reconsider the sales force at Safford RV.

Noah Peery, thank you very much for the effective driving lessons. I was at first a bit intimidated by how big the MH is (never driven one before) and how narrow the roads seem but you were able to put it in a nutshell and gave me great tips and practice. I felt comfortable driving it all the way home. My wife was especially impressed since she was not even thinking about driving it but somehow you got her to do it and she felt very comfortable afterwards. Great job, Thanks. Stefan and Edith H.

Fantastic service! I damaged my travel trailer and brought it to Safford for repair. They gave me an estimate and worked directly with my insurance company to file the claim. The repairs were done quickly and flawlessly. The repair cost was exactly what they estimated. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your RV needs.

Last week my brother asked me to go shopping for an Rv with him. I didn't really want to, because I hate sales pitches. But I agreed, and we stopped at Safford Rv. Wow, what an experience! Greg Berry was informative and took the time to really educate us on their products without a high pressure sales pitch. We knew walking in that we wouldn't be buying until after the new year, but he still spent the time with us to make sure we understood our options. Mr. Berry helped us pick out the Rv of our dreams. Now we just have to figure out the finances! At least we know where we will be buying, even though we don't know when yet.
