Fantastic service! I damaged my travel trailer and brought it to Safford for repair. They gave me an estimate and worked directly with my insurance company to file the claim. The repairs were done quickly and flawlessly. The repair cost was exactly what they estimated. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your RV needs.

Last week my brother asked me to go shopping for an Rv with him. I didn't really want to, because I hate sales pitches. But I agreed, and we stopped at Safford Rv. Wow, what an experience! Greg Berry was informative and took the time to really educate us on their products without a high pressure sales pitch. We knew walking in that we wouldn't be buying until after the new year, but he still spent the time with us to make sure we understood our options. Mr. Berry helped us pick out the Rv of our dreams. Now we just have to figure out the finances! At least we know where we will be buying, even though we don't know when yet.

We stopped by Safford RV on Saturday, 8 November, just to look around. It was late , nearing closing time. We were helped by Mr. Greg Berry, Sales Consultant. He was very helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I hope that when we are ready to purchase a RV, that he will still be working there. It would be an absolute pleasure to work with him again. Thanks for a great experience.

I brought my RV here for service because it was closer to my home and I thought I would give them a try. Read reviews and it seemed like they were a good service center. I am glad I did try them and was very satisified with their work. They always called me and kept me informed and I did not have to use voice mail all the time. An actual person was there to talk to and explain my repairs in detail. I was also very impressed with the fact that when I dropped off and picked up my unit someone was available to help me hitch and unhitch and also park the unit. This was very helpful to me because I was alone when I dropped the unit off. I have never received this type of help at any other dealership where I have had service performed. I was also very pleased with the quality of their work. I already have another appointment set up in the spring to have some additional maintenance performed before going out on the road. I would definitely recommend their service department and will probably consider purchasing a new RV from them in the future if I decide to upgrade my current unit.

My husband and I stopped in at Safford RV on our way back from a family reunion. Several of our family members came to the reunion in RVs or with pull-behind campers, and we thought, what a great idea! Greg was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable. We initially were interested in a pull-behind trailer or a fifth wheel, but Greg convinced us we would enjoy a Class C motorhome more. We weren't quite ready to pull the trigger, but you can believe that when we are ready to buy, we will be back to see Greg. Besides being very knowledgeable about the products, Greg was laid back and didn't pressure us, and patiently answered all of our questions. Funny guy too- he made the visit quite enjoyable.

There were six of us (3 couples) looking for A Class Motorhomes. Greg spend all day (Sunday) with us and even stayed over two hours after closing to assist us. We went back (Thursday), another entire day. We had so many questions and he answered them all. He was so helpful, we told him what we wanted in layouts and size and he directed us to what we were looking for. He did an excellent job. Believe me, you have to be a great person to deal with all six of us at one time. Noah Ingram was also a great guy. We raked him over the coals on price, but he put up with us. In the end we bought our motorhomes (2-Sunstar 35F and a Sunstar 27N). Lastly we saw Ashley Craiger. Explained everything in detail for us. Class A Motorhomes - Class A Team! Thanks to them it was an awesome experience.

We went to Safford RV looking to buy a new or used RV with specific criteria. We found a travel trailer that fit our needs and was within our budget. The trouble began when tying to work out the purchase price and payments. Michelle and the sales manager did not want to, and didn't, show us what the purchase price, interest rate, taxes and tags, and loan length were. Instead, all they wanted us to do was sign that if they could get us into a certain monthly payment amount we would buy the RV. What they ended up trying to get us to agree to was a ridiculously long term and they still couldn't get the payments where we wanted them, and they never showed us the paperwork with the purchase price and amount financed. Two days later we went to McGeorge RV Rolling Hills, and we couldn't have been happier. Brenton at McGeorge was up front with the cost of the travel trailer and the terms of the loan, and there no pressure to make a purchase right away. We bought a more expensive trailer, for a lower payment, for a lesser term. No wonder why Michelle at Safford RV didn't want us to leave until we worked out a deal, she and her sales manager knew that if we had time to look around we would see that they were not offering us any kind of deal, and were really trying to rip us off. I think they didn't even want us to leave for lunch because they didn't want us to have time to run the math and see what they were charging us more than the listed price for the travel trailer.

Greg was very good to work with. We had actually gone in to just pass some time away and look at the new campers. We were not really looking to buy. We had a very good camper at the time. Greg was not pushy. He answered questions that we had and we actually had a good time with him. The more we looked, the more we started thinking about trading up. By the end of the day, we had purchased a new camper. Can not say enough about Doug also. He gave very detailed instructions on taking care of the RV. We have had 2 other campers in the past and have never been instructed on them the way Doug did. I am one that has to learn by doing and he was very patient with us and let me try anything that I needed to. We were his last customers for the day, but he stuck it out way past stopping time, until we were on our way with camper in tow. We would recommend Safford to other people looking for RVs. Everyone knows it is their job to sell, but alot goes in saying it is all in how that is relayed to customers. The team that we worked with from sales to financing to hooking up the RV and driving away was great. We never at any time felt any pressure into making any decision that we made.
