Ummm..No

Should Facebook be Nationalized?

Facebook has become a "public good" and an "important social resource" for research and other things, according to Philip N. Howard writing in +Slate

Meanwhile, the company is "behaving badly" towards users and its future existence is uncertain.

So maybe it should be nationalized, according to Howard -- taken over by the government and run as a government service like the US Postal Service is.

Oh this is bad, very bad. Then to follow the crash with showing the Netflix app? You want to associate your crashing hardware with a stock that has crashed to 25% of it's value in the last year?

*Admit it- you were thinking that "somewhere out there" Steve Jobs laughed at this.

In just several years we've gone from having the War on Terror to the War on Chick-fil-A.

And that's sad, Chick-Fil-A hasn't done anything wrong or even illegal.

Congrats to Robbie Hummel on being drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves.  After coming back from two ACL injuries, it's well deserved.  As for the Pacers pick in the first round - Miles Plumlee - really?  I'm not sure what is more perplexing, this pick or the SCOTUS decision on ObamaCare.

That being said, with our without Obamacare - Insureds and taxpayers will continue to pay for uninsureds.

Heartening decision by US Supreme Court, holding that the government has to get a warrant before installing a GPS in someone's car. Unanimous decision, too -- so the Fourth Amendment still lives (if barely)...
