Wonderful staff, they were very caring and understanding. I had some personal questions so the vet stayed later to talk with me after check out time. My dog had no problems after getting fixed and the staff made sure I knew I could call them anytime if I had any concerns after taking my dog home and they would see him right away. I will definatly be taking all of my future pets here. It's nice knowing they can come to my area but in an emergency I can go their office. Only thing that was a little crazy was drop off and pick up becasuse everyone is there at once. Staff worked quickly to get everyone through and taken care of.

I took a shelter puppy, Luka, from Mt. Pleasant to see Dr. Langlois. He treated us so well! I felt very welcome, he included me in his exam so I would understand what was happening. He was kind and compassionate to Luka and his staff was very pleasant, competant and kind. I just heard today that our shelter was contacted the day after our appointment and again 7 days after our appointment to check on Luka. How sweet is that?!!! Thanks for taking such good care of Luka and welcoming shelter dogs into your practice.

I will never say anything good about this place. Not even slightly. On July 9th, 2012 I took my pitbull/bull mastiff mix in to be neutered. He was home for maybe an hour before he died. My boyfriend picked him up at the pick up time because I was at work. He said Cash was cold to the touch due to the fact they kept my 60 pound dog under an air conditioner after his surgery. Opps, they did put one TOWEL on him to keep him warm. When my boyfriend asked why Cash was still acting 'out of it', they said it was still affects of the anesthesia, gave him a "24 hour" number to call, and let him go. Yes, I quoted "24 hour" because well... It wasn't! Cash stopped breathing and I tried calling it. It rang until it went to a voicemail instructing me to call a different number! So I did and I got a voicemail there too! Simply instructing me to leave a message and they would get back to me. This may have been a honest accident but I can't help be see places in my story they could have reacted better. You don't leave a larger dog under an air conditioner after surgery! If you're going to give people an emergency number, make sure you're there to answer their emergency! I am 24 years old, Cash was my best friend since I moved out of my parent's house. My vet did an autopsy and as it turns out the tube they tie off came untied and Cash, in all basics, bled internally to death. Spay nueter even said they would refund me at least for Cash's surgery. So far, nothing. We've called them MULTIPLE times. Not even for the money, the money doesn't matter but... It's more the point over anything. If you care about your animal at all, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO SPAY NEUTER EXPRESS, the cheap price isn't worth your pet's life. I am happy for anyone that has had good experiences with this company but, be informed on what others have said. The infections and the deaths.

This place was horrible. At first they told me I was going to get m cat back around 2 but then they called and said it would be around 5 that I could get him. When I finally got him back he was covered in poop. I'm sorry but didn't they just do surgery on him and couldn't he get infections that way... I didn't realize this place was so bad. I got him fixed over a year ago and I will never take another animal to him...

No nonsense, no frills spay/neuter services. Affordable vaccinations and HW testing, etc. SNE mobile clinic makes preventing unwanted litters and protecting the health of their animals available to all pet owners. This includes pet owners who otherwise could not afford care or would not spend the money required for spay and neuter fees charged by full service small animal practices. Any surgery is not without risk, regardless of where or who performs the service. That is why ALL veterinarians literally "practice" the science of veterinary medicine. The outcome of even simple routine surgery is NEVER EVER guaranteed by any veterinarian. Infections can happen at any clinic, anywhere. Mortality is also an unintended outcome that can happen at any clinic. Monetary compensation for the value of a pet lost due to surgery is not general "practice" of any veterinarian. For veterinarians to publically second guess anothers surgical procedures is unprofessional. The majority of veterinarians have priced themselves out of most Michigan residents discretionary budgets. The physical location of a veterinary clinic does not determine the quality of care or level of compassion. It merely inflates the clients total bottom line cost. Veterinarians have been performing successful large animal surgery in farm barns and open fields for generations. Society has evolved to place a higher value on companion animals not supported by our legal system. None of this takes into account the hundreds and hundreds of unwanted companion pets, dogs and cats, that were prevented by SNE services. This alone is a public service. Thank you, SNE, for your visit to our community.

I took two cats, one male and one female to have them spayed and neutered. The location was changed and at that time I did not have internet access to recieve their new location emial. I did wait a long time before some of the other clients started heading to a new location. So I just followed everyone and eventually found their new site. Other than that I was 100% satisfied with their service. My female kitty was only 10 months old and she was well taken care of. The instrutions for care at home were helpful and they left me with a contact number in case of questions. Both my kittys healed up wonderfully and are still happy as ever a year later. I would recomend them to everyone.
