I have loved Northgate since I was 15 and it has only gotten better. I do have one complaint though and I have voiced it at customer service many times. The food court is way too loud. When they brought in the screens and the music videos, it got unbearable. Now, the new videos are not as loud but who can eat with noise blaring? Even our granddaughter at the age of 4, stated, "Why is it so loud in here?" If you would do something about that, it would really help. Alderwood, Bellevue SQ, and Southcenter are much quieter.

Great mall with a large variety of shops. The food court is decent with plenty of seating. Parking is definitely a problem, though there's usually parking on the east side of the mall if you can't find parking on the west side. I really hate the stalls in the center of the mall. They are often in the way and the employees that staff the stalls are annoying. I'm sure they're just doing their job, but I'd rather not have them there. I have gone to the information booth multiple times, and the person there has always been rude to me. That's why I've rated the service down so much. I really like the renovated outdoor area on the west side of the mall, and I look forward to further renovations (more parking?).

A good selection of stores, never seems to get that busy I think being away from the city a little bit. Good restaurants and kept pretty clean. Accessible by bus easily too.
