I am so upset about what is going on today. The revolting Donald Trump signed orders to move forward with the construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines in the Oval Office. Putting oil interests over environmental concerns! The Avalanche in central Italy and the chances of finding any more survivors alive seems to be unlikely. Also the women's march was so important and we need to keep the spirit alive moving forward. When I see articles saying to embrace Melania Trump I just have to say 'No way in hell!'.๏ปฟ

This is so true! I am so worried about how to look after my family if I ever shot a feature film. As a wife & mother I am the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly for everyone in my family! I purchase all food (or give a list of a few things we need), organize meals, wash clothes, help wash, dress and feed kids. Get them to school and all activities. I love my family but it is a lot of worry and work. ๏ปฟ

This is a very good thing! I have been under a lot of pressure lately but it pales to what this woman survived. May she go and kick but by making her voice heard!๏ปฟ

My heart is so raw and hope that these women can over come such horrors!
'Thatโ€™s why Payam Akhavan, a former UN prosecutor in The Hague, is in the Kurdistan quarter of Iraq today. A professor at McGill Universityโ€™s law school and an expert in the analysis of genocide, he was approached by the Kurdistan Regional Government to find a route to justice for the Yazidi people. โ€œThis is not only about punishing the perpetrators, itโ€™s about letting the victims heal,โ€ he says.'๏ปฟ
