Introduction
It's not business as usual. Digital technologies have created an unprecedented opportunity for businesses to truly become social - engaging and building rapport with customers and other stakeholders on multiple levels. I am an integrated marketing professional with ten years of experience, encompassing traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media and crowdsourcing in both B2C and B2B environments.
