The emergency room is awful. They treat you like a piece of meat. And they like their meat to sit around and age for hours. They treat patients like drug addicts and/or criminals. The nurses there know absolutely nothing about HIPAA. One of the emergency room nurses became very snippy because I advocated for myself. There was no need for his dramatics.

I have a choice to go to a hospital that is near to me from where I live. I drive the extra 10 minutes out of my way because I know the staff and service is incredible. I can't say it enough when it comes to my children's health. I'm pretty sure all parents will agree to that.

Horrible went there for a root canal back in July of 2015 not in the main building but the other building on second street the hilcrest office I believe and they were horrible. 1 I came in they said "omg they had you set up for something else not a root canal so they weren't even prepared. 2 the man or should I say young man because he seemed kind of young was soooo rude and rough he did not no what he was doing. He stuck me in my mouth like 6 times and I did not get numb. He was sticking all wrong. he then tells me " well u have a choice we can try it again or I can just leave" I said excuse me. Worst experience ever I would never recommend this hospital to anyway they are so in organized and the rough and some do not kno what they are doing. I wrote a paper bad review as well and handed to my aunt because she works for that hospital in s different department. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Hospital is clean and efficient. The entire staff are polite, positive and actually care about you. We were in children hospital for 4 days. The Staff was caring and kept us informed throughout the procedure. In particular, Nurses Donna Werger and Jessica did a great job! I am thankful and appreciate their professionalism.

WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!!!! We took my mother to the ER because she couldn't move her neck and after hours upon hours of waiting they moved her into observation. Doctors were no where to be found. Tons of tests later and a day and a half later, they still couldn't figure out what was wrong. I'm appalled this ER is still running. Staff is rude and doctors are incompetent. We finally told them to discharge her and they even gave us a hard time about that! Shut this place down NOW!

I went to the er with chest pain, numbing/tingling sensation on my left arm and left side of face. I arrived at the er around 5:30-6pm. I was brought in for an ekg in triage and then moved into a hallway to wait to be brought in to see the dr. 2 hrs later i was finally brought into another hallway to see the dr, which wasnt even a dr. I was seen by 2 different residents on to 2 seperate occassions and 1 nurse. I was never told what exams i was going to have done. After i had my exams done, i never received results for anything. I had to track down my nurse after another nurse tried to take blood for bloodwork they had already done. I had to ask my nurse to for a real dr so i can find out my results. Then was told i had to wait another 4 hrs, mind you it was already 11pm, for another type of bloodwork to be done. Around 2am, the blood sample was taken from me. I remained in the hallway until about 3:30am, when another nurse broght me into an er room. When again I had to go track down my nurse to ask for my results. Only to be told I was going home feeling the same exact way as when i got there. This was a horrible experience. Never again will I go there.

I swear these doctors and nurses are idiots. They are completely ignorant about emergencies. My nephew had an emergency and literally two hours later, still waiting on the doctor. I swear, if a patient was losing a limb and bleeding they'd be waiting for hours for medical care. I don't recommend this hospital unless you wanna play the waiting game for your life.

As far as my experience and opinion this hospital and most of the people here just treat the patient as just another customer making them a good $. Seeing my beloved in hospital is really sad situation and this hospital, it's people and their process and carelessness gave us most miserable experience we ever had in our lives. Only people really working hard in the hospital that I could notice are their nurse, Some of them were really caring and friendly. They charged insurance company about 3000% of what they honestly deserve. If I could have sufficient evidences and if I could afford good lawyer, I would have sued them for number of mistakes they made.
