Part of this article was pretty informative - it took me a long time to learn the important difference between Profit Centers and Cost Centers for example - but it could use some editing.

Some really good points here. Also, "showing a client a PSD in 2011 is just foolish," but that's still the way a lot of projects are run.

Well, why not? Misleading the user with elements that look like they interact in a certain way, but do not, is a very bad idea.
