Every table in this place has a plate of their Korean Fried Chicken. I’ve come here a number of times and each time I don’t plan on ordering the fried chicken, yet I still order one anyway. This is a very popular local Korean restaurant and for good reason. Most of their dishes are fairly priced and tasty. They usually offer a few pieces of mackerel that’s on the house as part of their banchan side dishes. Be warned though this place is relatively small and the wait could get crazy, try to catch it really early or really late.

A very nondescript hole in the wall joint. We've passed by this place without ever going in. My friend recommended this place to me. We walked in just before the dinner crowd and that was a good thing. Within 15 mins there were tons of people waiting for a table. We all got different soups for the chilly night. I got the hot tofu soup with beef (it was ok, had better at other places), my youngest got the beef dumpling soup (dumpling tasty), and my oldest got the noodle soup with egg (broth was tasty). They gave us fried fish filet on the house with our ban chan (side dishes). The one dish almost everyone had was the whole fried chicken. It was a whole chicken cut up in a tempura batter. I just wished it had some spice to it, but still really good. I'm glad we found a good Korean restaurant not too far from the house. I'l always craving spicy foods

My favorite Korean restaurant. Their fried chicken is the best. There ban chan dishes are unbeatable. The tofu soup is delicious. Everyone I brought to eat here love this place.

They offer a very good free appizers and bbq ribs. The foods are good but their decor seems a little run down. Parking is that area is reasonable.

We ate the bulgogi and a big Korean pancake, and tofu soup on the house. All three were good and generous; the two of us tall men couldn't quite finish it all. The service was pretty quick (on a Monday evening). We liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. It felt cozy somehow, though not for lack of space. Maybe the ceiling was a bit lower than usual.

This was the first Korean place I ever ate at in the city and 4 years later, I'm still a fan. It's not exactly the most authentic place, but I love their generous portions, friendly staff, and of course it also helps that they give complimentary appetizers as well. The prices are reasonable though and I'd certainly recommend it to friends if they're in the area.

I like this korean bbq place a lot. Their food is really good. I think its one of the best korean bbq place in san francisco. It gets packed at night, so I I strongly recommend to come here a bit early.

Best Mackeral ever! This already has good Korean food but the mackeral that you get for free is so bomb! I really wish they sold it so I can eat it all the time! The restaurant is pretty dingy and grimy but that doesn't affect the quality of food!
