I would highly recommend this dealership. I had a personal issue and they were kind enough to work with me. I will return to work with Gail in the future. I might add that as I shopped the Northshore there was another Jeep dealership that quoted me $475 for License, License Xfer, Title and Registration Fee. Lakeshore quoted me $218 for the identical vechicle . I found that to be very interesting when both dealership are in the same parish .

Corporate Mindset – No Customer Appreciation Here. Stay away if you think that you will be treated with respect and appreciation for your business. My dermatologist sent me to Ochsner to have a patch test done. I made an appointment via an appointment desk and was unfortunately sent to the wrong doctor. Once in the doctor’s office he asked the reason for my visit and I said that I was sent for a patch test. He immediately told me that I was in the wrong place and said that it had happened before. He was very polite and was kind enough to make an appointment for me with the proper facility. 10 minutes later I left the office. Sometime later I receive a bill form the doctor, who turned out to be an allergy specialist, for the amount of $431. My insurance company only paid a portion of it. Because I had not yet my deductible Ochsner billed me for the balance of $198 that was not covered by Blue Cross. I called the hospital immediately expecting that once they realized what had happened it would be corrected. It never entered my mind that this was going to turn into a nightmare. 8 months later after at least 10 phone calls to various people ranging from accounts receivable, customer relations, the allergy department AND taking the afternoon off from work to physically appear face to face with various departments, I just rec’d a notice from a collection department! I own my own business and value my customers, there have been times when I have taken a lost to ensure that my people are happy whether I felt they were right or right. To me that is good business. They have refused to adjust the balance of $198 since all parties confirm that the Dr’s paperwork shows an evaluation and therefore I am subject to payment. There was never an evaluation because I told him why I was there! The bottom line….. they didn’t appreciate me and my business. So I will pay that $198…….. but I have pulled all my mammograms and data from the last 15 years and will now go to another facility. Six weeks ago I had bi-lateral knee replacement at Touro (I cancelled my appointment with John Ochsner who I was strongly leaning to perform that surgery). Any medical related conversation I have in the future will definitely include my resentment towards this facility…. All this for $198! Does this make sense? Beware; this is what you will be subject to, big business, you will not have a face , only a number. Cindee Quick
