Just bought a 2015 GMC Terrain from Thorson, and I have to say their sales team is top notch. I got there late on a Sunday afternoon, and they still treated me as a valuable customer from start to finish. Adam got me started with the vehicle I was looking for even though he wasn't going to be the guy making the sale. Nathan was my salesman, and I highly recommend him. He's a very knowledgeable guy, and I really enjoyed his down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach to making car deals. Between Nathan and the sales manager Debi, they got me the deal I wanted with a few extras thrown on top that I hadn't even expected. Plus they even gave me some trade-in value for my old car. I would have been grateful if they just took it off my hands for me :) I went to Thorson because of all the great reviews online, and I found that they completely lived up to the hype. If you're in the market for a GMC or Buick, go to Thorson. They'll treat you right.

I felt that I was caught in a bait and switch. Your service person pointed to the service flyer and said do you want to do the 30,000 mile service. The flyer stated $124.95. I said yes. When I went to pay I found that I had to pay $300 for oil change and service. When i questioned it, the service rep showed me the flyer and in very small font it said ea fluid change and stated that I agreed for all services. I thought I agreed to $124.95 as a whole It is this type of advertising and service rep that give dealers the bad name.

Sales representative Luke Watson was pleasant and knowledgeable. We appreciated the lack of sales pressure. It is a good company posture to present to potential buyers. The negotiation was straight forward and fast, and I feel both parties got a good deal. I have recommended Luke and Thorson to other potential buyers and will continue to do so.

I was absolutely blown away by the flawless service I received from Adam my salesperson, Merlin the manager, and Gabe in finance. This was first-class luxury service from start to driving off the lot with our new 2014 Buick Enclave. Let me start by saying after a month of visiting other dealerships from all brands I was feeling pretty beat up by the salespeople and managers. Therefore, I wasn't expecting the service I was about to receive and was probably a bit skeptical to talk to any salesperson. This started out perfectly from my home when I (was about to give up) received an offer from Thorson Buick in the mail. Basically, because I was currently an Acura customer I was qualified for $3000 incentive to become a new Buick customer (wait for it, it gets better). From the minute I walked onto the lot I was greeted with a sincere welcome by Adam and then he did the unexpected, he actually listened to me and showed me what I wanted to see. After looking at several vehicles and test driving a fully loaded Buick Enclave, I knew what I wanted. Let me be clear, to this point there was no pressure and all my questions were being heard and answered. From there it just got better with incentives for the car I chose. Not only did I get more rebates but I will also receive a $400 Costco gift card plus additional incentive off the list price for being a Costco member. I received my confirmation by Costco for redeeming my gift card the same day I signed the paperwork. At this point, the car was still a little out of my budget but I met Merlin and explained my budget limits and he made it work. It was totally that easy. I literally said "Merlin, this is where I need to be w/ tax" he said ok we would like your business, consider it done. There were no tricks, no manipulating other costs or hidden fees. So, of course my next thought was ok I haven't made it thru finance yet with the add-on offers. It was obvious they explained my budget limits to Gabe and he was very respectful about informing me of my options but not pressuring me into options that didn't fit into my budget. He was the nicest most respectful finance person I have ever done business with. Now I'm totally impressed, I'm going to drive off the lot with more car, luxury, and options within my budget than I ever expected walking in. I never get excited until everything is signed and am very pleased to report that I can now be completely excited about our lease. Oh, and get this - while we were in finance Adam our salesperson took our car -upon our request- that we drove to Thorson but not turning in to Thorson and washed it himself. Talk about going the extra mile! We asked for a car wash and he washed it himself. lol Our 2nd car will have a lease up in a year and we will definitely be going back to Thorson for another car. We are so impressed with our Buick Enclave! Thank you Adam, Merlin, and Gabe for the excellent service! You guys are the perfect example of what the car buying/leasing experience should be.

I had a terrific experience at Thorson Buick GMC when I purchased my Buick Regal GS. Both Ron Spencer and Mike Grady Jr. were a delight to deal with. I appreciated their professionalism and "no pressure" tactics. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went above and beyond to make certain I was satisfied. It's rare today to find ethical sales people but you will find them at Thorson. I highly recommend a visit and give them a 5-star rating.

Joe has been my Service Representative for the last 9 years since I moved to this area. So I decided to purchase my fifth Buick from Thorson Motor Center. I met with Roberto Acevedo, a Sales & Leasing Consultant to discuss a new vehicle, my priority was keeping costs down, including gas consumption and affordability, as my spouse has retired. After discussing the best programs that were available with the Manager, Roberto suggested a 2014 Buick Encore. I told him that I wanted to bring my spouse back to see the car. We made an appointment to meet and to my surprise he positioned both cars I was considering on the showroom floor. We took a test drive and decided on the All Wheel Drive model with all the upgrades. Roberto made this the easiest transition from my 2004 Buick Ranier to my new 2014 Buick Encore. He has suggested another session to demonstrate all the new features that I just purchased. This was an easy experience considering the professionalism of the staff at Thorson Motor Center.
