Can anyone ID this bird? I think it is a female Oriole we have seen some males this year but this is the first time I have seen this bird. Thanks!

Help me ID this bird  - 
 
I was not shooting this feeder, its for Orioles, is this a female Oriole? 
and does anyone know a good way to get wasp to stay away from a humming bird feeder?

Sub-Zero weather here in Michigan but I still went out to shoot some of the birds at the feeder. It was so cold! I need better gloves any sugestions?
