Well, I managed to fix it by adding these property settings to the initalcontext lookup:

            properties.put("java.naming.factory.initial", "com.sun.enterprise.naming.impl.SerialInitContextFactory");
            properties.put("java.naming.factory.url.pkgs", "com.sun.enterprise.naming");
            properties.put("java.naming.factory.state", "com.sun.corba.ee.impl.presentation.rmi.JNDIStateFactoryImpl");
            properties.put("java.naming.provider.url", "iiop://*.**.***:3700");

So, all is good.
:-)

I new I was missing something trivial.
lol
Happy coding!!

Great Italian restaurant on the north side of Denver. I have dined at the restaurant about a dozen times since it opened in Broomfield. The food is very good and the service has been great every time. The food is very fresh with the bread products always fresh out of the oven. The spaghetti with spicy sausage is a personal favorite. The place has a nice Italian feel and they always have a little Sinatra or Dean Martin playing in the background. Highly recommended.
