Dans l'immédiat, le risque professionnel reste lui bien réel !
Limitez les risques !
The goal isn't to simplify the internal process, the goal is to be more efficient, to improve the sales results and margin.
A lot of people think that a good process improvement operation is a simplification of the internal process and here is the main error.
Better serving the customers, with easier process for them, could pass by a complexification of the process in the company, by using smart guys able to deal with complex tasks.
In fact, in the process improvement operations, two approach exist. A simplification of the process, for being able to outsource the simple tasks to some chinese or manilla girls, to some computers ... Or to offer more responsibility and complex tasks to the team.
Because the main goal is to have more efficient companies, both of theses process improvement operations could be done, we have to be pragmatic.
Here we could come back with our initial question. If you prefer hight incentives, let me friendly joke:
Perhaps the question is to know in what part of the organisation you will prefer to work, with the basic tasks only or with more responsibility and interesting complex tasks.
