Herry Patel is a tight-fisted Scrooge.

Well, I know where NOT to stay next trip through Pine Bluff. Seriously, the way it's reported that the management has acted - firing a worker after talking to a reporter that the manager told the reporter to talk to, then threatening to sue and cussing if they dared right a story, all over a 25 cent raise? Fire this horrible manager and divide his wage among the employees. This is appalling, maybe he'll threaten to sue us now? This does NOT reflect well on Days Inn...

Prior to staying here, review the Washington Post story about S. Tippen, "After a story if published, a minimum wage worker loses a job". Is this the kind of place you want to stay? I'd hope not!

You need to hire Ms. Tippin back and apologize! You tell her to talk to a reporter and then fire her for doing it. Who does not think more money is a good thing? She answered honestly and for Pete's sake the minimum wage increase is a quarter an hour. Hardly a huge windfall. This manager, Herry Patel is an idiot!

After reading a story relating to the local manager and his treatment of staff I will never grace this location with my presence. If he treats the people he sees every day with total disregard, how does he treat visitors. Management represents the business so this business must not care.

I'll never stay there and will advise all of my friends and family to do the same. The Hotel Owner/Manager Herry Patel fired his minimum wage employee after she spoke to the Washington Post giving her opinion on how life is surviving on minimum wage. He had introduced the woman to the journalist and then after he introduced them he called the journalist and threatened to 'sue him' if he published a story and then he fired his employee (who he had introduced to the journalist) after speaking with the journalist for the story.

Very cold and callous behavior. The woman never said anything negative about the business. This is an infringement on the 1st Amendment. Herry Patel may not even be the owners last name as he seems to have changed it. Dubious, unscrupulous business owner. We all should boycott his business.

Excellent selection of subs in the Quiznos style. Very tasty with large selection of extra ingredients (some at extra cost). Average prices but perhaps a better value due to quality and fresh ingredients. Fast, attentive and friendly service. Lots of nearby parking. It's location is a bit hidden located somewhat in back of the HEB super center. Will return on my next trip to Laredo.

New terminal for OmniBus, ETN and others that replaces the old one just down the street. Improved waiting area with more seats(200+) and much better A/C. Same store as before with the same favorable prices. Taxis outside with a 50 Peso fare to the border at Bridge 1. They can also cross the border for a much higher fare. More restrooms that are modern and clean. 2 large TV's at either end of the waiting room. The terminal itself is cleaned continuously. Improved and stricter security. The only negative is there are very few places to charge your cellphone. Only 1 wall socket near the entrance of 1 of the restrooms. They also charge very slowly.

A bus terminal very much in need of renovation! Air-conditioned with seating for about 80 people. Small store with soft drinks and snacks. Rest rooms are very bad but appear to be in repair. 2 TV,s. Charging station at entrance to restrooms for about 6-9 cell phones. Charging is very slow.
