The three 2-month-old lion cubs at the San Antonio Zoo are one step closer to entering their living area at the zoo after receiving their first vaccination boosters, as well as microchips. The cubs have spent several weeks inside a custom-made den bonding with their mother, Sarabi. Now they just need names!

Full-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) wanted to join a motivated and friendly staff. Start date: immediately.
 
Lawrence Veterinary Hospital is a two-doctor, small animal hospital offering surgery, sick and routine treatment, in-house laboratory and pharmacy, ultrasound, digital dental and full body radiography, cold laser therapy and ECG.
 
RVT preferred. Additional skills required are the ability to read lab results, run urine analysis. Prefer familiarity with Idexx lab equipment preferred.
 
Work week is, M,T,Th,F, 7:30 until close and every other Saturday, 8 to noon.
 
Benefits include PTO, paid holidays and 401k
