set in the outdoor "mall" adjacent to the hard rock casino, the food was mediocre at best and badly overpriced. i ordered oysters on the 1/2 shell. they were priced at $2.50 each and were tiny. conch fritters were greasy. service was fair at best with an indifferent waiter. i should have expected it given the location.

Truly a lousy place. We went here for a family dinner. The place had a menu that was about a page long-no joke-and apparently the restaurant even ran out of bread. What restaurant runs out of bread-even McDonald's has bread. They ran out of prime rib, no turkey either. Frankly, I've seen more choices at a truck stop diner. The decor consists of looking at pictures and mountings of dead fish everywhere-thanks but I don't need to be reminded of what I'm eating nor your limited choices. In short, this place is a joke of a restaurant and simply tries to catch unsuspecting tourists who fall prey to this tourist trap!

What a joke! We ordered a pork chop and the Mahi Mahi, a few minutes later we wanted to switch the Chop to the Lobster. The manager who was behind the bar making drinks without looking at me, said no way we can do that. The fish was a good portion but extremely salty. When I told the waitress she just gazed at me. This was my birthday dinner but no one even acknowledged that. The manager is not trained or probably could not be trained to be a real manager and not a bar hop. He could have offered us a glass of beer to try and keep us happy and that might have worked but he clearly has no interest in its patrons. Many people around us were waiting and waiting for their food. The Chef should understand that over salting a piece of fresh fish is not necassary. Where did he go to cooking school? Zares? We are pretty easy to please but this was a bad experience. Does management care weather people have a good experience, they really dont care if a parton is unhappy or happy, they want people in and then out. If there is an issue well F u!

My husband and I eat there frequently. The food is extremely fresh every time and has tons of flavor. I am a very picky eater and I like consistency, so I love this restaurant! The service was great and the ambience is nice. Highly recommend!

The service and service was all right. However, one chicken dinner we had came to the table raw and when it was returned the 2nd waiter said he was so sorry and the meal would not be on the ticket. When the ticket arrived the chicken meal was on there! The original waiter then proceeded to say "oh well, we made you a complete new meal and didn't charge you for the two meals" If a meal is incorrect on behalf of the company, the company should take responsibility. We didn't order two meals and the first meal was messed up by Bluepoint
